The owners and staff at The Wynn are so kind and helpful, nothing is too much trouble.||The gardens are lush, well thought out and also a bit quirky with kitsch figurines everywhere! ||The hotel is exceptionally clean. The pool is crystal clear and breakfast was great - you could have a cooked breakfast, pastries, fruit, muesli, toast m, pancakes etc

Our holiday to The Wynn and Koh Jum was amazing. This is a luxury hotel for Koh Jum and is absolutely beautiful and high quality rooms, pool, service and gardens but if you are expecting a ‘resort’ this is not the place for you and probably neither is Koh Jum. The staff are brilliant and special thank you to Eng, Jack and Tong for making our stay so special - nothing was too much trouble and always a smile xx. You only need to ask for a scooter at reception and Eng will sort it for you straight away - great condition scooters too. The restaurant food on the beach was a little more expensive that’s some of the local restaurants but was very nice and definitely worth it (still really cheap). For hotel residents I’d like to make a suggestion - please remember to tip the staff - it is easy to put food and drinks on the bill but this means the staff may miss out on being rewarded for their great service. Koh Jum is our new favourite island and we will definitely be back to The Wynn Thank you to Eng and the whole team for making our stay so fabulous.

A fantastic hotel on a really magical island! It feels like a secret paradise that only a few people are lucky to know about. The grounds are spectacular, the service is 100%, the pool is lovely, and the walk through the gardens to step directly on to the beach really tops it off. It is modern whilst still in a traditional style and they really care about their guests. After coming from a much busier Krabi, this was a complete chillout experience and so we didn't feel as though we had to even leave the resort beyond dropping by the nearby Rock Bar at sunset and visiting the handful of local shops and restaurants on the road outside the hotel. I challenge anyone to not love this experience, we miss it and the amazing sunsets already - we will be back but hopefully the island holds back on lots more development in the meantime...

Fabulous hotel on a lovely island - staff very friendly, rooms large and clean - complimentary mini bar restocked daily with water, soft drinks, beer, crisps and biscuits which was a lovely touch - location perfect for the beach and some lovely family run restaurants very close by - would definitely recommend

If you seek to combine the remoteness and tranquility of the magic island that is Koh Jum with a more luxurious accommodation option then what is most common here - this is it. A new, fresh, modern and exquisite resort with several different lodging options, restaurant, pool and most significantly - a 100% service minded, professional and awesome staff. The Wynn really tops out as one of the best and most comfortable resorts on the island. Highly recommended!

The location and facilities are amazing. Clean and what you’d expect. The sea view and the beach was just stunning and it’s such a quiet island. The staff are all really nice and the moped rental was really good value and completely hassle free. The only thing stopping this being a 5 star review is the restaurant. The menu is confusing and really restrictive. For breakfast this was really frustrating. We didn’t eat dinner in the restaurant and looks like not many people did, but there are some great options a short moped ride or taxi ride away. I do think this is probably one of the nicer hotels on the island though if you’re looking for a little luxury.

Super hotel on a lovely beach on a super quiet paradise island. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Lovely swimming pool. Food needs alot of improvement. Breakfast not up to standard compared to rest of hotel and restaurant food was poor. Sorry but they need a new chef so I don't recommend eating here. But the hotel is very nice, hence the 5*.

A very nice hotel, one of the nicest pools I’ve been in, very tranquil! The rooms are incredibly clean and new and smell great, the really disappointing thing is the lack of breakfast quality, if they do not change breakfast and make it better, this could start to have a negative impact on business. The eggs were dry and looked like they had been pre cooked long before breakfast started. The bread/toast is brown/malted/seeded, it should be a choice of white or brown bread, it’s a shame because they could have a really good thing going here. Please do not let breakfast ruin it for you

We felt like in paradise. Koh Jum is such a great island. And the hoteliers are really awesome! They welcomed us like family and were very supportive in all questions / transfers etc we had. We contacted them for booking via whats app (+66 86 428 9355) and received reply within minutes. It was so great how child friendly they were to our 10 months son. If we get the chance we will for sure come back.

Fantastic luxury boutique resort! The staff is friendly and helpful. Top quality on the breakfast a la carte with many different choices. My favourite was the yoghurt with fruit and musli and the omelette. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. We had amazing 4 nights in a villa with sea view. Tips! Rent a tuk tuk for one day and let a driver drive you around the island for around 500 TBH.
