We stayed at the Phi Phi NATURAL RESORT, for 2 weeks, in August, and we had such a magnificent time here, that we are going to book the same for the following year... The staff were attentive and pleasant, the grounds were kept in an immaculate condition, the scenery was spectacular, and the food was wonderful... The accommodation was very comfortable, with the room size being very large, which also included a spacious balcony and a large bathroom...We have been coming to Laem Tong beach over the past 25 years, and we consider this beach to be one of the best in Thailand...I can say now, that the Phi Phi Natural resort, is the best along this beach.. We spent the 2 weeks here, having magnificent breakfasts, the variety was quite extensive and exquisite ..We also spent a lot of time relaxing by the pool, enjoying the magnificent vista of mosquito island and Bamboo island , with Poda island visible as well...There are pockets of private beaches along the resorts coastline, which we did enjoy using at times when the pool was full of people...We would also like to thank Mr. Yongyuthng and Ms. Chintana for the lovely Thai dinner that they had invited us to have with them... Such pleasant company and most enjoyable conversation...We have no hesitation in recommending this resort for a relaxing and enjoyable stay...Do yourself a favor and make the effort to come to this resort. Stay for a week.... You wont regret it!!!

The place is amazing. What a wonderful experience.... On the quieter side of the island, which was definitely a bonus. Use the recommended speed boat service to avoid exorbitant long tail fees. But best of all..... While my wife and I were sipping cocktails in the resorts private beach, the staff walked the coast and inland picking up plastic that had made its way to the shoreline. Nice to see that some people do care about the environment.

The hotel did not provide any information in advance on how to reach the destination. The rooms appear somewhat worn-out, with the air conditioning unit directly pointed at the bed. The small swimming pool lacks cleanliness and charm. However, the property boasts expansive grounds with captivating sunset and sunrise viewpoints, a highlight of our stay. Despite its remote location, which limits access to pricey mini-markets and eateries, it serves as a people filter, creating a tranquil and serene atmosphere. The breakfast offered was satisfying. One suggestion for improvement would be for the hotel management to update the uniforms of the restaurant staff, as they seem outdated, possibly unchanged for decades.

This I feel is an honest genuine review and although some reviews are very negative I don’t feel the hotel deserved it. |This hotel is in a beautiful idyllic location at one end of Leamtong Beach which is quite a wide beach about 1 km in length. Beautiful crystal blue waters and golden powdery sands with a backdrop of tropical greenery. We stayed for 3 days in a superior Cottage with see view at the back of the hotel as a family with an extra bed added to the room. Overlooking the coral where snorkelling was amazing. The pool is small but perfectly adequate and had an infinity feel overlooking the sea. The rooms were presented in a typical Thai fashion and were clean. The outdoor shower was lovely. The air con isn’t great and only works in the bedroom and you should close your bedroom door as otherwise it isnt strong enough. Beds and pillows are quite hard. Breakfast was basic but typical for Thailand. On arrival Bang in reception was lovely and helpful and remembered my name for our stay. When we left he came outside and shouted goodbye. He was their best and most helpful receptionist in my opinion. There is a little shop In the hotel which was great for drinks. The restaurant area was large and the food ok although there are a few better restaurants to eat in a little down the beach. The price of food in the area reasonable but not cheap like Tonsai. Overall our stay was amazing. The negative for us was largely due to the reception staff on checkout. Any extras are really expensive in comparison for Thailand and they tried to charge us for things from the mini and snack bar we genuinely had not eaten. From that point the reception staff were not helpful supporting us with transfers etc. However Captain Nick who manages the Independent Longtail boats further down on the Beach was amazing and I would say don’t ask at the hotel go straight to him instead. Kind man and very helpful who gave us the transfer we needed at a chosen time for significantly less than the hotel was offering anyway. I loved this location so much and overall the hotel was lovely so I wouldn’t let the little bit of attitude put us off returning. Actually wish I was still there as this beach stole my heart. Quiet enough to feel in paradise but with a few beach bars and beautiful snorkelling to keep you occupied.

Rooms that are marked as "standard" are poor and require renovation. Everything looks like it was made of paper. Floor creaks when walking, you can hear neighbor snoring. The air condition is pointing directly to your heads when lying in bed. It may cause flu or headache. Very nice surroundings, lots of vegetation, but inconvenient access to the rooms without a ride. Poor food, breakfasts look like they were leftovers from the previous day

The resort surprised us because it was much better than expected. Warm welcome, clean and comfortable rooms, delicious food and reasonable choice of drinks. We could get a sunbed whenever we needed. And the sea and the views are beautiful.

The room is super hot when checked in and it takes a while to realise that the air cond remote was set to the not so cool mode. Service is fine, nothing outstanding. A gentleman at reception speaks English well. He can explain about things. Disappointed with customer service of boat trip to islands. Resort staff helps arrange the trip well BUT service on boat does not exist. No drink and lunch on boat. Guests are to get lunch from Tonsai Pier. If you can bring your own lunch, you can spend more time swimming and snorkelling at Bamboo Beach. Boat rider rides the boat well but it would be nice if he could help guests when getting in and out of boat including taking snorkel gears, life jacket and bags off guests while climbing up the slippery ladder. This is common sense of courtesy we received from all other boat riders who are not lazy. We had a lot of time to spend at Bamboo Island (nearly two hours) but he intended to leave us just on the beach. We saw a few boats hanging around off the beach and let their guests snorkel. So we asked to spend sometime on the beach and at the snorkelling spot out in deep water. This request has been fulfilled. The only thing he cares seems to be himself getting home on time. We were told to keep up with the time so we reached back the hotel by 2pm. The trip would be a little more relaxing if people can be more flexible with time. The boat tour itself is satisfying. We went to different nice spots for swimming and snorkelling. Thanks the resort for organising this. Fire shows from 7.45pm to 8.30pm. 45 mins of annoying loud music for some people and exciting free show for someone. Tractors pick up arriving guests from nearby Pier to resorts. They run back and forth along beach where some other hotel guests rest. There should be better ways to transport people and luggages to the resorts without using those big trucks. Rubbishes and broken glass bottle are found in the sand. We help pick up some and put in the provided bin.

Lovely, fully appointed resort. Delightful staff. The only complaint is that some of the rooms are about a 10 minute brisk walk away from the lobby and beach which includes a steep hill. Not a big deal, but be aware if you want to be close to the amenities.

Phi Phi natrual is amazing. if you stay here its like being on a remote island with all the luxury's you need. Dont focus on the negative reviews, people have no idea what it takes to run a hotel on a remote island. The tractor is amazing as it saved me and my family from having to walk across the sand with our luggage. it only drives on the sand for 2 minutes twice a day to take passengers.. i dont understand what the complaints are about. The nature and scenery is beautiful and really the star of it all. the room was very comfy and my aircon worked just great.. thank you to the amazing staff.

The place is value for money Recommended for couple of nights Though when booking a long stay (a week), you get an upgrade If you are not fancy jungle visitors, it’s best to stay in the hotel rooms, not bungalows Private villas with pools are nice The nature around is majestic, heavenly beach, lovely stuff, massages were great, breakfasts were splendid. Thank you!
