Old, outdated hotel. The rooms weren’t cleaned properly and the bathroom was especially old and really needs and update. The breakfast was average at best. We ordered two omelette sans found eggshells in both of them. The pool was fine, expect when the hotel ALLOWED guided tours and tourists to use the pool for a limited amount of time during the day. They were loud and noisy and completely disturbed the peace. Never experienced anything like this ever and will definitely not be coming back here. The view from the pool and location was the only good thing about this hotel.

This hotel is only five minute walk from the pier come outside. It’s beautiful. Also inside is clean the customer services was friendly and helpful. My room was on third floor which meant walking a lot of steps upstairs and there was no less which was hard for me.The pool of the hotel is lovely it’s got deep side and a Shallow side for kids. Outside the pool at 3 o’clock to 5 o’clock they put out some snacks tea and coffee which was nice. I must add the breakfast wasn’t brilliant it could’ve been better with more variety.My room was lovely, but inside it’s dark I’m surprised they painted the walls chocolate colour it should’ve been white the balcony with a good view of the sea the room I had the bathroom I was surprised it’s very old and needs ramping up to make it look more modern. The air-conditioning is excellent, the TV also his flat screen.Overall, this hotel is based in the best area it’s only a two minute walk as they have McDonald’s and Burger King. Loads of other restaurants shops and street food on the corner. The only change I would make of this hotel is the bathroom it’s very old and the bedroom colour needs to be changed.

The staff is extremely kind. However lower your expectations, you’re on an island not the mainland. The music in its surroundings will be playing all night long. If you’re looking for a bed and an awesome pool, this is your place. However some things might need a quick review. That being said, it is impossible to wake up in a bad mood here. You take one look outside. Talk about location.

Well, we don’t expect much to book here after reading all the reviews before coming. But my wife and family definitely had a good time here. Booked 3 rooms, all near to each other, with a great view facing the beach. Can still hear the loud music at night. Kind reminder to prepare mosquito spray at night, if not it might ruin your sleep. Toilet can be a bit disappointing with the heater on and off while showers - nothing much to expect, just a bit old but it just okay with us. They had a great pool so can sun bath and hanging out with kid and it’s near to the beach. We didn’t really fully utilise the breakfast provided and as what I saw it’s just okay. And the location also near to the pier and market.

Horrible experience with this hotel, the staff is extremely RUDE, they don't even wear name tags so that when they're rude to the guests, we cannot mention their name here. One of the group members was severely ill because of which we were a little late for checkout. We were okay to pay late check out fee as well but the staff was extremely demeaning and charged full price of the room as a charge- 4500 baht for 45 minutes. They didn't give our luggage till we didn't pay. There was no one to talk to us, no manager nothing. Horrible experience, never coming back here. Don't trust the pictures, the room and furniture is also very old, lizards in rooms as well. But I would not recommend this place at all majorly because of the rude and demeaning staff. You can find much better places in Thailand, which is known to be a hospitality hub, don't choose to stay with at a place which can ruin your day at the island.

We stayed for two days at this hotel and it was very unpleasant. While the pool area and views are spectacular you are left with a room that is like a motel from the 90s and a bed so hard and uncomfortable you most definitely will not sleep well. On top of that the beaches of phi phi are extremely loud with music at night so unless you've ear plus a decent night's rest is off the cards. This hotel has potential and rooms need upgraded big time. Breakfast was OK and basic.

Terrible hotel. Very unfriendly, very rude and inattentive front desk staff (WHERE IS THE MANAGEMENT?!)|Very old fashion hotel that needs a lot of attention. NO WiFi, only in public areas and still keep dropping every 2 minutes. Their beach is full of rubbish, broken glass and plastic, very unpleasant beach. Poor shower and bathrooms are awful. Cleanliness leave as a lot to desire. No value for money at all. Don’t go there, this hotel had it days…

The place is nice. The location is really good. It’s big and has a lot of green land to explore. Great views by the beautiful brach and the mountains. Has a very big swimming pool. The lobby is also nice and spacious. The rooms however are very outdated. Maybe it’s supposed to be that way, but personally I though it would look better in person, but no. The beds are wiggly and not very comfortable. The lighting is poor. The bathroom is just depressing, and it has white lights so that’s mainly why isn’t so depressing. The hotel is really good on the outside, well expect the gym it was really small and didn’t have much equipment. The rooms are awful though. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Terrible hotel to stay. Front desk staff is very rude, inattentive and they really do not bother at all. No management to be seen. Needs a good cleaning. Their beach is full of rubbish, broken glass and plastic, very unpleasant. WiFi only in public areas and this still not working. Terrible shower and bathrooms are awful. I Do NOT RECOMMEND IT

NOISE! Beautiful room, in good condition for the price, we had a room with sea view overlooking the bay, amazing views. Pool is great. Breakfast is ok too. HOWEVER, prepare that until 1-3am it will feel like you on the beach party. Every day.
