The location is good. They need to concentrate more on their service and quality not quantity. They also need to increase their nearby capabilities like- breakfast quality, support for lunch & dinner, quality of nearby food facto, service quality etc.

Great cottage near the quiet area of town. Was travelling with kids and it turned out to be a perfect area for us. Sok was very helpful with recommendations for food. I would book local boat tours in the Pier.

Avoid if you want to rest!!! The cleaning staff speak loudly next to the cabin (very poorly insulated) early in the morning, this will wake you up! In addition, the noise of the lawnmower almost shakes the bed for more than 1 hour, always in the morning! What a shame!

Nice place to stay on Koh Phi-Phi for a few days. The rooms had aircon, the location is great as you are away from the bustle of the bars. Staff were very friendly, thank you very much!

Best value for money. Very helpful. Everything payable with credit card (4%extra). Only dab thing was that the sewage from the shower smelled very badly at the beginning of taking a shower

Simple room, just ok to sleep at night.... Nothing extra.... Room is not so great.... Ok ok.... Furnitures are old, towels were dirty.... Not so super clean room... There was cockroaches in the room Ac works too slow.... There was no one in the pier to pick luggages, so its hectic to pull everything in scorching heat of midday.... 700m from pier.... Thank god there was no uphill..... Straight road..... One star extra for the receptionist guy Abdur Razzak.... He was nice and easy to communicate.... I booked half day package and ferry ticket to phuket from reception.....

Was here with my partner and we enjoyed our stay! I was worried at first when booking because of some of the reviews but our stay was better than anticipated because of this. Although you can tell some of the towels and decor is outdated it is clean which is all that matters to us. The location is further away from the main streets, this allows for it to be quieter at night time (however it can lead to a lot of walking). We are active people so we liked the excuse to walk. The walk at night can be dark however, and although I found the island safe it is something to consider if travelling alone. Overall, for the price, a great stay. Especially for backpackers who are okay being away from the noise and are travelling in a group of 2 (cheaper than most hostels).

The reason I booked with them is because they helped to carry the baggage and I have an injury in my back. But it was impossible to contact them by WhatsApp, telephone, email or the booking app. I walked by myself under the rain.

We stayed in the family cottage and it was not worth the price. The wooden floor was very noisy and there were a lot of mosquitoes, no mosquito nets were provided. The facilities were very basic and the resort is at the very end, away from the centre. We moved out after one night even though we'd paid for two.
