DO NOT BOOK!
We bought Deluxe Bungalow but they put us in a regular bungalow which was worse than any bungalow in the photos. We sat on the bed in disbelief and were thinking about coming to them about what happened. But we read some reviews first and after reading them we felt so uncomfortable coming to them with a problem, because we were worried they would kick us out or shout at us, we decided to pull trough those 3 nights.
For the place itself:
The safe was just placed on the floor so anyone could have taken it.
Bathroom was outside with only natural roof over your head so we were constantly worried if any insects, snakes, frogs would fall on our head during shower. The bathroom was always damp and hot because since it was outside there was no AC.
The pool seemed really dirty so we only went in once because we were worried if they even used any chemicals to clean it and how many people were possibly peeing in it. The sunbeds were really old, dirty and the material was peeling.
You could not properly close the door to the bungalow, and there was only a small lock on it which you could easily break. And there were many holes under the door and around windows so any spiders, insects etc. could easily come in. So we slept lightly worrying about a spider on our face.
After reading some horrible reviews here and on Booking we felt uncomfortable staying there and were scared to complain about not getting what we paid for. We felt a big relief after leaving the place. Would not recommend.

After reading recent reviews of this hotel we almost cancelled our booking. We were afraid of getting moved to the other hotel like the other reviews. To our surprise we had a great experience. They met us at the pier and collected our bags, our room was ready early and it was exactly the same as the pictures. We didn’t see any bugs in our room which was a relief. At check out the offered to carry our bags back to the pier. Overall really happy with our stay, but we think we could have just gotten lucky.

Много разных вариантов поселения, у нас была не плохая комната С7. Отдельная кровать для ребёнка, балкон с видом на гору и море. Достаточно просторно. Чистое белье. Заказывали через airbnb. Есть не большой бассейн. Так как не большой, то вода очень теплая, показало 33 градуса. По мелочам тоже есть вопросы, желтоватая вода из под крана, когда забираешь ключ, отключается и холодильник. Есть по уборке замечания. Но вариант на пару ночей хороший.
Встретили на пирсе и привезли вещи и ребёнка на тачке. 11 минут до пирса или 5 минут до набережной. 200 метров до 7-eleven.
Хороший вариант за свои деньги.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my boyfriend. The location is good it’s located away from the madness but close walk to everything. The room itself was pretty nice but the bathroom really wasn’t great. There were a lot of ants, dirty sink water and the shower head direction couldnt be adjusted so it sprayed in the direction of the toilet and no shower curtain. For the price it’s not bad as I know the standard of accommodation on Phi Phi is relatively poor.
I can’t fault the staff however, they were all very kind and helpful

The room smells like a cat pee dried up on its old wooden floor. Cockroaches everywhere!! Pool dried up my hair from strong chlorine. Receptionist was very rude and arrogant, worst experience in my traveling life.
Upon checkin, we were put in a different 2-star property , apparently owned by the same person. Theres no staff support there or intercom to the reception, so we had to walk 200m for any needs. After our first night, we were asked to shift rooms due to AC repair. Our new rooms were worse with broken shower, flush and wifi not working. Although we complained to staff multiple times, there was no support given. Upon checkout, the receptionist named Dee was very rude. She started yelling at us and banging the table. She had given us a lead on a day tour in phi phi island. There was miscommunication due to which we couldnt pay the entire amount. She said theyll collect the money at the boat, but they didnt collect the full amount, which we paid her when she told this, during checkout. She denied to give breakfast even though she said breakfast is covered for both days and denied staff service like luggage carrier. She didnt let us speak, swore at us in local language and threatened to call the cops if we dont leave their property.
We checked in and not given the room we booked. They gave us a supposedly an upgrade which is a bungalow. ROOM SMELLS LIKE CAT PEE,and there were two COCKROACHES in the toilet one even gotten on my shirt when I Was using the mirror. The floor of the toilet is also really gross, and AIRCON ISN’T WORKING and offer no option to get the room we originally booked.
Check out was 11am and the receptionist knock on our door at 11:01 literally felt like she was waiting outside our door for a minute to knock at 11:01 😂
We said we are just closing our bags and told her we are about to head out. She started shouting she will charge us extra and went nuts.
She continued being the RUDEST RECEPTIONIST I ever encountered in my life telling us she will call the police for no reason and when we defend ourselves she started kicking us out.
What a HORRIBLE experience it’s been after all the inconvenience.
I booked a room and after a long walk to their establishment in the heat, they told me my room did not have AC and jt was broken. The heat was unbearable so it was necessary. They tried to tell me to go to their sister hotel but when we went to check it out, there was no wifi whatsoever. Which as a traveler, is necessary as well. This hotel online was also much cheaper and I didnt want to pay the price I already paid for a cheaper room. When we told the front desk we wanted to cancel, the receptionist went crazy on us. Ive never experienced such poor customer service in my life. She called her boss and told us to cancel through booking. It was not possible as booking doesn’t allow you to cancel same day as arrival. She said there was nothing she could do since it was through a third party service. We understood this but asked for a confirmation from the hotel that they did not have the proper accommodation. We didn’t want to appear as a no show and needed the proof. At this point, the receptionist refused to do that for us and was yelling at us. She even attempted to kick us out. My friend and I began filming her because we didn’t trust this crazy lady to tell booking the truth. After she watched us film her, she began to treat us with respect. I do not recommend staying here. Do yourself a favor abd dodge this bullet. Its much too far from anything good in Phi Phi anyways. Phi Phi Nice Hotel is wonderful and on the beach on the quiet side. Stay there instead!

We had an issue on the first night with insects all over the room and air con not working. We complained at the front desk and after an hour or so they agreed to change us to another room.
Get what you pay for in this instance. Fine for a night or two. Pool is good.
