We have taken 7days of Varansi Tour Package from Travel coma for Assisting Ms Shilpa,whatever she has promised given the exact service ||3 Star AC Deluxe Rooms were hygienic and luxurious with complimentary morning breakfast and Dinner. Driver was very friendly and good guide.||I would recommend Travel Coma to all my friends take the Varanasi Tour package.||Thank you Travel Coma

Ok place to stay with kind staff, although at the beginning checking in lady might seem unhappy but if I had to deal with 50 different, wasted, sun burnt, not always so respectful kiddos I would be the same I guess. The hostel is located on silent side of the island. Unfortunately, there is no common area which limits your interaction with other people to "Hi" while you are trying not to fall from bed's ladder. 12 bed dorm is a passing room, that means that actually also other 14 people that stay on the second floor has to pass thorough your room when they get to theirs. It would not present a problem elsewhere but not on Phi Phi where kids go out, separate get drunk and all come back separately through the night. And then when they meet in the hostel since there is no common area, they exchange the freshest gossip just next to your bed. Lockers are so small that not even my dignity could fit in, so I lost it in action. Finally, the bathroom door might as well not be there as they are made of air I think letting out ALL of the noises... be aware of spicy food. So yeah... maybe does provide basic for sleep but that is if you do not mind all above. Plus, while we stayed there in the middle of the night one of the hoses in the bathroom broke flooding our room. In the morning all things on the floor were completely wet, and we did not even get a tsunami notification nor a "sorry for that guys"

Having done some research about Phi Phi, we decided we would pay the extra and have our own private room. Upon arrival at 5pm, we discovered our room was dirty and were advised to pop out, so they could ensure the room was to standard. ||||You put trust into the hostel and any hostel for that matter when you hand over your passport as a deposit for them as it were. In return, you expect them to take care and keep it safe until you collect at the end. On our first day on the island, we received a message from a girl and her friend who had also stayed at the hostel which stated that the hostel had checked them out with our passports. The girls at this point were in Koh Lanta. We returned to Coma where the reception knew straight away they had messed up big time. Even though it was early afternoon, we were told our passports would arrive at half 9 the following morning. This was inconvenient as we had planned to leave earlier due to the weather. We had to get a later ferry at half 2 which resulted in losing a day in Phuket. ||||The following morning arrived and there was still no sign of our passports. We were told the passports were on a ferry and were going to a little later than expected due to bad weather conditions. However, after an hour and a half, it had all changed… our passports were not on the ferry at all and they had made other arrangements for the passports to be driven to our new hostel in Phuket. ||||We had to put further trust into the hostel that our passports would make it safely to Phuket and we would be reunited with them. The receptionist was very apologetic and agreed to arrange for our luggage to be pushed to the port. Within an hour of arriving at our hostel in Phuket, we were put at ease again and reunited with our passports.||||Overall, we were disappointed with our experience. The beds were rock hard, water was often non-existent in our room. Wouldn’t recommend staying here!

The owners of this hostel are very friendly and offer advice to everyone. However the beds were the worst I have ever slept on, my bed sunk down in the middle and could feel the metal springs and wires inside. There is no common area for this hostel so it feels very cramped and the bunks are 3 levels high. I'd recommend getting a private room in Koh Phi Phi instead of a hostel.

We booked 2 beds in 9 bed dorm. We get one very small "double bed" in dorm with 12 beds and there are about 20 other people in the room. Hostel was literally just a room with 12 beds and lockers and tv. No common area. There is nowhere to sit down, which is a huge pain in the ass. Air conditioning is either to hot or to cold. They advertise free alcohol, but it's only free shots, no beer and you have to walk 2 mins down the street to reception for it. Owners are European (me too) which we though would make better hostel. Hostel set up is a joke, to many people in small room to maximise profit! We complained about the set up and we did no get what we payed for. Not happy, we were ripped off! AVOID THIS PLACE!!

Upon check in we met with the owner Jason (Amazing down to earth guy) He is very knowledgeable about the island and will help you plan your day accordingly without wasting to much time. We ended up staying in the new rooms that were nice, however not a place to really hangout in due to the small and narrow design. The rooms serve the purpose of a place to keep your things and to sleep. I did find that there were a lot of flies in the shower but that may have been just when i was there, once you put your mind past that because you are essentially next to a jungle it shouldn't be a bother. If i go to Phi Phi again I would considering going back.

This hostel is one of the cheapest on the island, I'm travelling with my girlfriend and another friend and it's the worst hostel we have stayed in throughout our trip so far. I was sure something had died in our room,there was such a funky smell and the air con gives a musty feel. The floor had crap all over it where they couldn't be bothered to sweep up now and again. Also,I'm a really heavy sleeper and usually completely fine sleeping wherever but there was such a creepy feel throughout, I couldn't sleep and it felt like there was a ghost around. If you like going out, get drunk and you'll be fine. On the other hand, the location is superb and close to lots of restaurants, bars etc.

Hostel was right on the beach front with restaurants all around, around a 25min walk to long beach and a little over an hour walk to the viewpoint. Rooms were a bit tight with bunk beds stacked 3 high and there was no communal area although the guy working there was very helpful and informative, he helped us get the most out of our short stay on Ko Phi Phi

I stayed at coma hostel in koh phi phi a few days ago we booked it due to good reviews on hostelworld but they were not accurate! The hostel is way too small for the number of beds. The beds are stacked three high if you're on the bottom its an inch off the floor, top you'd be lucky not to fall!! It was smelly and not very clean. One of the rooms is immediately inside the front door. No locks on the rooms. There are rats in the hostel. Don't stay here find somewhere else!

What a great place! This was our first time in a Hostel and we wouldn't have chosen another place! The staff is top notch, the private room was perfect, and the location couldn't have been better. Thanks to Jason, his lovely wife, and the rest of the staff for making our short stay so enjoyable... We wish it could've been longer! See you soon!!
