The owner, Tee is a very good, friendly, helpful host. He is very social and always wants to do his best for you. His rooms are quiet and cosy. His guest house is super affordable, wifi is good. He has a very cute baby cat :). Whole atmosphere is very local, since you are in Thailand you should feel these local Thai islanders house vibes. There are also birds and roosters :). Which are quite fun, but they do chase some customers away, because they "sing " at night :). Its quite sad for Tee, because they are not even his (they are from neighbors). But they do affect his business :(.
We actually paid extra expensive since we stayed during the high season. Our room was fine, we didn't expect much of it, knowing Koh PhiPhi. It was actually a peaceful place -- if you are not a light sleeper -- I like the sound of the birds in the morning. Our room was clean so with our towels, and clean bed sheets. Our door knob was broken but a padlock has been provided for us. We liked our balcony very much. Mr. Pew and Ms. Karinah was very nice to us and accommodation was great.
Situated in an extremely convenient location being close to the pier, restaurants and beach bars on Phi Phi. Upon arrival we were greeted with a warm welcome by the very hospitable host who went above and beyond to provide us with an excellent stay and any information on Phi Phi and surrounding islands.||Perfect for families and backpackers looking for a quiet area that is close to all of the islands attractions. Our room was kept spotless and cleaned regularly and the guesthouse offers complimentary tea and coffee plus toaster and microwave. I will definitely be staying here again on return to Phi Phi and highly recommend the guesthouse.

Really nice guy taking care of the place, tried everything to make us happy. Unfortunately, the place needs a bit of renovation, our room was smelling to moisture, because water was dropping down the ceiling from the room above in the bathroom and there are no real windows, so the room was dark and hot. Fast Wifi was available in the room and common area.
But it is good enough if you just looking for a bed to sleep at night. There is a convenience store next door. There are also roosters in the neighbor house, that tend to crow in the middle of the night. But since many Thai family’s keep rooster this could happen to you anywhere. I am not really noise sensitive so it didn’t bother me. On Phi Phi island it is in general hard to find a quite place.
Tee Guesthouse was modest. The location was great if you want to stay away from the loud touristy crowds. Room was a good size for a couple but the bathroom could use an upgrade. Staff was very friendly and hospitable and they offered complementary coffee and tea. Overall a good place to stay if you’re on a budget.
Awful service , awful hotel! Do not stay here!! When we arrived the owner was asleep and then took us to the wrong room! Once we got into our room it was very basic with doors that would not shut properly and a lot of holes in the property. After a couple of minutes we already found 3 mosquitos and a spider , we understand this is common in Asia but there wasn’t even a mosquito nest and we have stayed in hostels for only £3 a night which still provided this! Then we found a nest of turmits by the bed as seen on photos! When we complained there was no apology instead he just brushed them off and said we could have the room next door however there was no net in there and we didn’t want the risk so asked politely for a refund. We were then told it was us being difficult and then ended up being sworn at! Koh phi phi is a more expensive island but you can still find places better than this for a similar price! Do not stay here!
Очень бюджетный вариант! Жили на 1 этаже. Окна были, но мы даже не пробовали их открывать, так как они выходили на стену.||Душ горячий, это плюс. Но запах воды ужасный! В душе нет крючков для одежды и полотенца. Можно было бы и установить, по моему это совсем не дорого и не сложно. ||В номере кровать, тумба с зеркалом, софа, вентилятор. Выдавали 2 полотенца (качество норм!). Не убирали номер ни разу (ночевали там 4 ночи).||Расположение считаю очень хорошее. Вроде бы и близко к пляжам, вечеринкам, ресторанам итд, но в то же время тихо, ночная шумная жизнь острова не мешает спать. Зато очень мешают соседи сверху, так как они топают, извините, как слоны! ||В общем остались противоречивые чувства. Если хотите чуть чуть побольше комфорта, переплатите немного и найдите что то поуютнее и приличнее.
I stayed here 2 days back, through booking.com ||Negatives: |1. ABSOLUTELY OVER - CHARGING me for what they provided. For the level of this accommodation and the facilities, they should have taken less than half of what they did. I guess I paid double only for the reservation being confirmed without the credit card. |2. REALLY SAD feel and depressing ambience at this guest house. |3. My host Mr Poing, although well-intentioned, could not help me in any way and was a burden rather than an asset. I had an injury the day of the checkout, and had confirmed with him the late checkout on the way to the hospital, BEFORE I could get myself treated. Yet he created a BIG SCENE when I checked out. I had to literally beg him to let me go. Mr Poing, you should help an injured tourist, rather than becoming a nuisance for him!! Disgusting |4. Minimal facilities / amenities given. Not even a soap or glass. The basin was inadequate. ||Positives: |1. Clean room and everything inside. |2. Quite a nice little balcony. ||Overall: |Everyone please avoid. I paid 680 Baht for something worth 300. Maybe I'm biased because of above incident, but this was my first and only bad experience in the amazing country of Thailand.
I am on my 3 Week trip in Thailand with my girlfriend and this place was our most recent stop. ||||. The staff were all sleeping when we got there.||||. They sent us to the wrong room and didn't even know where we were supposed to be ||||. The room was battered and smelly with holes all in the walls and frame work of the doors and windows. ||||. My girlfriend said she did not feel safe due to the lack of lock security||||. And there were also TERMITES crawling all over the bed and nesting in the wood.||||. The guy working there just joked and swept them off the bed and said it was fine!!!||||. We politely just asked for our money back for one night instead of two. ||||. He began swearing and getting aggressive ||||Need I say anymore ?? ||||DO NOT STAY HERE ||||See the photos bellow of what we paid 800 baht for.
welcomed by the owner who was a very lovely lady and full of information. Nice room, Safe, Good price, away from all the partying but still in walking distance, The lady also helped us book a pirate boat tour which was an amazing experience. Would highly recommended 😁
