Staff are lovely and helpful. This hotel is in a wonderful location situated within walking distance of the main Phi Phi town. Rooms are decent for the price. Relatively clean. HOWEVER, breakfast was not to a good standard at all. Tried on first day then ate elsewhere for the remaining duration.

Location is a but off the beaten track. Bungalows are a bit basic, cramped and very warm. Upgraded to room around the pool a lot better. Pool is OK and basic. Sunbeds could do with some cushions. Breakfast is basic. Cheap and cheerful. Staff friendly and helpful.

rooms are pathetic. no room service. no phone in our room n 20 minutes far away from ferry. no charging sockets near bed and staff was rude dont book this instead book hostels there are too many hostels in phi phi.

Far away from the jetty. They didn’t provide us luggage carry service on arrival as they said they require calling them earlier for the service. This hotel is not kid friendly, wheelchair & stroller not accessible. No lift. Rooms have no hand towel and the shower towels were very bad. Double bed size is quite small. Breakfast is worst part of it. Never include breakfast. Moreover, an Iguana roams around, don’t know if it’s wild or hotel’s pet.

Stayed for one night. "Sea view" no sea view in sight. Maybe a Gypsy view yes but definitely not a sea view. Room was very basic, bed was as hard as a wooden door with a sheet on it, the shower only had cold and cold option. Think the sea water was warmer than the shower water. No hand towels in the bathroom so had to use bath towel to dry hands. AC was good, kept the room nice and cool. Hotel is OK for a night or two but no more.

I’ll never recommend anyone to stay at this place!… No service at all ,we asked every day 4/5 times to clean the room even after that they clean the room every next day .Pool is very dirty they don’t clean water ,I thought they keep pool for crocodiles,a lot of mosquito , we received hand soap at third day. They didn’t replace towels for four days this is insane! If you accidentally take room from this hotel never give your laundry to them they stole my t-shirt what’s not cheep !…😡

There's no 'Sea view' for about a half mile. Shower only had cold or colder options. There are signs EVERYWHERE threatening to charge if something is used, dirty, broken, etc. Staff wasn't very helpful or attentive. Bed felt like plywood with a tablecloth & dollarstore pillows. I ended up happily leaving 2 days early. No refund was offered & I was still happy to leave. One of the worst hotels I've visited. They didn't have power when I arrived, meaning no AC or WiFi & it was hot as h*ll outside. The neighbors (slums) have hundreds of roosters that will wake you up daily at 4:30 promptly. Avoid Gypsie Sea View like the plague. Found large spider and roach in my room. Toilet had rust stains. Towels were dry & scratchy. My scuba instructors laughed when i said i was staying there and knew about the roosters. The pool was very nice though

I suppose for a 2 star hotel it lived up (down) to its rating. The bathroom fittings were corroded. The mirror backing was peeling off. The breakfast was bad, I would recommend not having breakfast included.

Spent two nights here back in March and had a lovely stay. Clean room and comfortable bed. Big balcony. Nice pool area. Hotel was in a quiet area of Phi Phi far away from the noise and nightlife. Was only about a ten minute walk into town. Would definitely stay here again if I visited the island again.

Good hotel in a quiet place of ko phi phi.Clean room with wifi and most important accomodations , tv cable , heatwater , coffee , shampoo , soap ....nice swimming pool in the middle of a garden...
