We had an amazing time staying there. The host Nini was very friendly, super helpful and proactive whenever we would need anything. He provided us with cold water after the long walk towards the place with our backpacks and also helped us booking ferry tickets back. We had an AC room and was much needed in the heat! Super cute and clean tropical bathroom with hot water showers. There's also a nice front porch area to sit or lie down in the hammock. Would highly recommend this place as it is a 10 min walk from the pier, super accessible to the main town but still a little aside keeping it calm and quiet at night.

Me and my partner had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. We had no issues with the room. NINI the manager was a great host and helped us whenever possible. Will definitely recommend to anyone finding a quiet place and don't mind a small walk to the markets around.

My boy Nyi Nyi is the coolest and kindest hotel manager i’ve ever met. he personally showed me and my friend an amazing time in Koh Phi Phi and made me feel welcomed warmly. I recommend staying here, embracing the garden vibe of the rooms. They truly feel like a paradise escape. Our AC, water pressure and temp worked well and the beds were very comfy. He filleted and Cooked the fish we caught and we had a bbq with nyi nyi and the kind people next door at coco guests house. I recommend staying here, embracing thai culture and conversing with the local people of the area. Pics and videos attached

The overall place was slightly run down but had a tranquil garden and outdoor restaurant area. They sold a few dishes but nothing exciting to get people in the doors. Options were available to have laundry washed on site. ||I will state from the beginning okay for two nights stay, although I would never stay again. ||The room was very basic; no (working) safe, no fridge, stained bed sheets, tired looking, hand towel (threw away better floor cloths), towels are shredding, the room curtain was too short so had to hang up a towel.||The bathroom; was a cumbersome trip hazard (I tripped a few times with the different levels) , it has approx 25 different textiles styles making it a hot mess, however nice plants. The toilet water was brown so, I decided with the hose to flush out the toilet cistern - very sickening experience. No option to hang towel. I even gave the man on the front desk the shower hose and told to clean because it had mould on. I don’t believe the wash hand basin has a waste pipe as just poured out into the concrete below.||The cleaner was too busy with 9 rooms to actually clean (possibly also the laundry person). Let’s state the obvious ‘get another cleaner to help’ . The following were dirty: toilet, wash hand basin & pedestal, shower hose, shower hook, drainage hole. ||I don’t like things above my head whilst sleeping. The room has the air con, light fitting and plastic flowers above. ||No room services or replenishments. Can hear the neighbours. No Water one evening for a short while.||The mattress was good, 4 books available to read. Outdoor seating area, peaceful and drying rack available. Very efficient air con. Be careful not to fall out the hammock.

The bungalows are in a very good location. We loved the jungly ambience so much! Only complaints: the water sometimes doesn't work, and the beds were VERY hard.

The 8.1 rating is completely out of line with reality. 1. There was often no water in the hotel - we could not wash, take a shower, flush the toilet - this is not acceptable for accommodation. 2. There were huge cracks in the house, so street noise was constantly heard, insects flew in. Part of the bungalow was built of fabric, not wood... we felt like we were on the street. 3. Uncomfortable bed, sagging mattress, it was impossible to sleep on it. 4. Not fresh bed linen. 5. Lack of cleaning in the room

Harry and Anne were very friendly and helpful beautiful breakfast with lovely coffee ☕️ 😋 and bread rolks baked fresh every day also the Museli is excellent. |Plus Harry can advise and book any boat trips you require.

This place was like heaven. We also meet first owner - ‘Bau’ father of actual owner. He was a realy kind and has amazing family. If you looking for peace go here. We also order coffee and breakfast and its was the best one on island. Family can recomend local carry for trips around the island and you will get discount if you sleep here. So this place is in balance. For me and my wife is this place topest on our trip thru Thailand. Cat name is Juro. Its like Euro. When is Euro on house, tourist are coming :)

Good for the low price I paid. It's within walking distance to town centre, but fsrso you're not being kept all night from the beach parties. This is a family run business. The stairs to viewpoint 1 is very close. Rooms are basic. Bathroom is a bit outdoors, so you might see a gecko or 2, but I knew this in advance. It does mean the walls are not very soundproof. The room next door actually woke me up the first night for starting a very loud call at 2am, till I knocked on the wall so he became more quiet. They were doing some construction works, but always stopped before sleeping time. Ok budget option
