We had the Family bungalow right on the beach and the location was just breathtaking. The place is old and the room doesn't have a fridge or reliable electric sockets but it didn't bother us. The people were very friendly and helpful. And the island just fantastic. St low tide you can't swim and the water wasn't so clear. Not good for snorkling but our 11&13 year old spent hours in the water and loved the whole experience. we did rent mopeds which was great. without them you are a bit lost because you can't really walk anywhere in the heat at this time of year (end of march).

This is a 2 star resort. It has a beautiful location being absolute beach front with a lovely sandy beach. Staff and managment were very frinedly and helpful. The resort is showing its age and certainly needs some maintenance. Lots of concrete throughout the resort which can exacerbate the heat. My room was very basic. Air conditioning worked but the remote failed and I could not turn the unit off until the staff arrived the next morning with a new battery. Bathroom is very basic indeed. Toitet does not accept any toilet tissue being flushed. Shower was awful with very little flow of water. I only had breakfast here one morning and it was average. There are much better places to eat down the beach. Dissapointed to have staff smoking while they waited to serve the tables, smoke blew over the restaurant area. Not at all acceptable to me. It was 1800 Baht a night without breakfast. I thought this was expensive for what I recieved but it is on an island only accessible by boat. Taking all into account I would not recommend this resort.

Nice location, nice pool, and a perfect beach just in front. However, it’s a beachfront resort, and they don’t have sunbeds by the beach. They even have an area for it, but it’s empty. The breakfast is also very bad, couldn’t be more basic. Artificial juice, no cheese, literally just bread and butter/jam and an egg station.

Nice resort in very calm Koh Jum. If you like a very calm place this is the place for you. The restaurant is good with reasonable pricing. Service from the staff is superb. Reception staff are super helpful with all questions you might have. Great feeling from the staff, nice atmosphere. Recommend!

Заселили сегодня в этот отель от экскурсии. Дали номер на горе. До заселения, говорили, что если будут притензии, то решат их. В итоге, при заселении в номер увидели гекона. Хотел его заснять, чтобы показать гиду, в итоге под матрасом нашёл живого таракана. На стене, возле выхода к балкону фикалии птичек, а так же на полу. Вызвали клининг, так он с входа начал разбрызгивать дихлофос, хотя мы были ещё в номере. В общем ужас. Не советую.

Third visit. Went for the best room they have this time, sea front with terrace.||Staff are all excellent and cannot do enough to help.||Place isn't that popular with families so is nice and quiet and not overrun with kids, unlike Seasons bungalows.||Great location, food is fine, prices are reasonable.||One warning - the floor in the dining area is lethal bare foot. I've broken a toe before, and this time I scrubbed the skin off the front of my big toe when tripping. The floor tiles are spaced out and the filler is concrete. It is the grippiest surface known to man. If you catch / stub a toe when walking, it will grip, and either peel the skin, or break. This is compounded by the fact the tree roots have made the floor very uneven in places. Just be warned. I'd keep my shoes on if I were you. One of the staff does...

This beachfront resort is ideal for a few days of peace and quiet. We stayed in a fan chalet, which was simply furnished. Loved the seating outside with a seaview. The location is beautiful, with a reastaurant virtually on the beach. This particular resport is popular with older people and families, it's very calm and relaxing and super quiet at night.. Please note that when you arrive on the ferry, a longtail boat picks you up from the ferry and you need to wade through shallow water to finally arrive on the island. You have plenty of help with your bags though!

We stated 5 nights. Both this property and Koh Jum were highlights of a 4 mth SE Asia tour. It surpassed our expectations. Room was very comfy and positioned so we could see the sea from our balcony. No a/c but very effective with fan usage. Beach front restaurant and bar with good, well priced food and friendly staff. Beach was a long mainly empty stretch of sand with just a few other properties along it. Long peaceful walks along the beach to these other places for a cold beer to watch the sunset over Phi Phi or a cooling shake during the heat of the day.|Property has scooter rental at good prices even down to hourly rate. Best option 24 hours split over 2 days. You can cover island in a couple of hours - 1 road north/south with just 4 short feeder roads east/west. Everything else is dirt tracks to get to some deserted beaches. Perfect.|Local restaurants selling very good fresh seafood at very good prices.|A perfect peaceful getaway. Can't wait to get back!
