Affordable accomodation in Koh Phi Phi, great for travellers on a budget. All my expectations where met.
Consider booking a room with A/C. You can turn on the hot water in the shower under the heating unit by pressing the blue button.

I liked the guest house. I mean sure it is a budget hotel and for the price we payed for us it was really fine. So of course one should not expect new rooms and furniture, but the location was good and the staff were friendly.

We stayed here for three days in a double room. The WiFi worked consistently, the rooms were clean but on the slightly smaller side. The aircon was excellent to the point where you could make the room “too cold” if you wanted to. The only thing letting this down is the fact that the rooms aren’t cleaned more than every two days and only if you request it. The shower had hot water but not much temperature control. The bathroom was effectively a wet room and the shower drained into the outdoors - which was fine, but you do need to push the water along the bathroom floor towards the drain for it to clear quickly, otherwise the floor will remain wet. They could do with a squeegee in each room to speed the process along.||The location is set back quite a bit from the main part of the island. We deliberately stayed further out because we didn’t want to hear the noise from the bars and clubs. The hotel is close to the main view point on Phi Phi Don which is a steep walk to the top of the island where there is a beautiful view, ideal for watching sunsets.

5 stars because of the amazingly friendly staff and the wonderful service! Please talk to the amazing people working at Coco guest house, make an effort to embrace thai culture and dive into the island!
The rooms are simple yes but all our amenities worked well and the rooms were very clean. the amazing location provides you with access to central Koh Phi Phi while still being separated from all noise and partying. Slinky is only a 8 min walk away and the central 7/11 is close by.
Sunny and Mai are some of the nicest hotel reception workers i have ever had the pleasure of meeting! They showed personally me and my friend what to do and how to do it in thailand. With their guidance i was able to experience the best that Koh Phi Phi has to offer.
Beautiful people work at this establishment and i recommend you stay here.

Loved the friendly staff (shout out to Sunny and Mai), rooms were clean, AC and wifi worked great. Good location to get away from the loud music at night but still central and easy to get around the island.
Judging by the pictures on Google Maps there is a wide range of rooms available. Some clearly much better than others.||Ju Soh ( I hope I've got that right. She was the elegant lady with the light grey head scarf), booked us in and we mainly dealt with her during our stay and she was excellent.|She booked us in efficiently, made sure everything was in order and helped us with advice during our visit. She arranged our transit from Phi Phi to Koh Samui when we left which went smoothly.||Our room was at the rear of the main building in what, I would politely describe as, a recent addition. Possibly constructed by apprentice builders who need a new bubble in their spirit level and they've not noticed that the end has snapped off their tape measure. 🤦🏻♂️ Nothing is straight and nothing fits.||It was accessed via an abstract series of uneven steps surfaced in green bathroom tiles then a wooden staircase which leant forward as they hadn't put it in at the correct angle. This led to our landing which had the rooms to the right and more stairs up to yet another level.||Our room had a double bed missing a leg on the right side, if standing facing the top of the bed, so that the frame banged every time you rolled over.|The top left corner had a tile under that leg.||There was damage to the plastic bathroom door that had clearly been salvaged from elsewhere as it was much smaller than the doorway with the old screw holes clearly visible and the door latch that didn't line up with the original retainer||The bathroom sink had no water pressure so you had to use the shower head.|The shower had decent pressure and drained to the drain in the bottom left corner. The toilet served it's purpose.||We put some water in empty water bottles to give them some weight and used these to plug the floor and sink drain when not in use to stop the mozzies coming up through the drains, as suggested in reviews we had seen. They do not use U bend water traps on their plumbing hence when there's no water flowing it's an open route for bugs in to the room. We found a leech on the floor one time as we had forgotten to put the bottle back.||The walls are cardboard thin so we could hear our neighbours whenever they came, left or moved about.||The aircon worked well, a blessing.||The establishment's location is great. It's a 12 minute walk through town from the port and is about 100m from the edge of the main town.|It is about 40m after the start of the steps up to the viewpoint. Most places outside town involve climbing up the hills that surround the town. This place didn't||As there are only a very few vehicles on the island you walk every where.||A man with a trolley met us at the port and took our bags as we walked behind through the maze of narrow streets in the town. That was a blessing as it would have been a nightmare to navigate and manage our luggage in the mid afternoon heat and crowds. Well worth the 100bht.
As I was checking in I asked for the toilet, the staff told me where to go and of course I walked straight into the toilet- and straight into a pool of sewage up to my ankles. Apparently this was a new staff member so I do not blame the poor guy who told me. However, this should’ve been communicated between staff so that it did not happen. I have spent my 4 days in phi phi anxious about any potential infection symptoms. Do not recommend this place. The receptionist was moody and rooms not great. I moved out after 1 night as the manager took a whole day to approve the refund (probably just so they can get 1 nights pay). By the time the refund was approved, it was 11am the next day (the general check out time) and the receptionist was trying to tell me if I don’t get out at that moment I will pay for another day- despite having only just heard I was able to check out and get a refund. Rather pay more for a good time.
It's a cheap place, so I didn't expect anything great. It's a bit remote and the construction doesn't seem to be of the best quality, but for the price, it's okay. There is a strong sewage smell.

Went with my family of four for a couple of days stay on the island. The rooms a simple but clean and well kept. Located away from the nightlife, but still very close to the center and beaches.
Helpful and friendly staff

Cheap private room in phi phi island, and the location it’s quite good enough from the pier, but along the street to the hotel many store you can find and buy. So you will not feel bored along the street. And get free coffee every morning from the desk. I got welcome drink from the front desk while im check in, she’s very nice and kind, but you need to do deposit key 500 THB and will return when you check out. You can buy a tourist attraction tour package at this hotel there’s local restaurants nearby. The room is very spacious and clean
