Entry costs 400 baht for an adult and 200 baht per child. When prices are like this, it makes it less about the natural beauty and more touristy. I enjoyed the scenery and liked swimming in the emerald pool. The blue pool another 600 meters on is beautiful to look at (no swimming in it). I think with a bit of research, you could find other natural spots to visit that don’t cost as much and are less busy.

The most exciting natural pool I have visited.
The experience was amazing. We had been in July, 2024. That slight drizzle and cool weather and swimming in the pool have a different experience all together. It’s a 800 meter walk from the drop point through the mangrove/jungle, which in itself amazing.
The place is clean and tidy. Well maintained.
They even do a water test every month to check for the water feasibility for swimming.
Washrooms are near by, again clean.
Paid shops available which hold water and other cold drinks. Many miss this place. But it’s a must visit place if in Krabi.

One of the great natural pool I have been to!
We spent hours at this place.
Very relaxing after spending whole day at the island the day before.
Entrance fee is 400baht.
You have to walk about 800m from the entrance gate.

Beautiful emerald pool with swimming facilities.
There 3 natural pools. Crystal, Emerald and Blue.
You can only swim in the Emerald pool, not in the Blue pool or crystal pool.
We absolutely loved it and had a great time.
You should definitely make time to visit this place, you will not regret it.

As most beautiful nature spots, they took advantage of charging tourists fees to see natural occurring world beauties. 400 baht for an adult. Still one of the places worth visiting, especially to go through the jungle and having a swim in the emerald pool. It’s clean, see through and warm. There are a couple of fishies in it which is nice. Watch out on the seaweed, it’s super slippery. It can get quite crowded though. I recommend going go the blue lake as well.

The pools and streams are truly magnificent
Too crowded even it is not peak, just normal weekend
The entrance fee… is 30 baht for local and recently raise from 200 baht to 400 baht…. It is Not double… not 10x fold…
No food allow, but cigarette allow…
The way from the entrance to the pool, no buggy transport for such charges?
With that charges, all viewing tower is out of service…

Emerald Pool Trip Highlights
Got tickets from Emerald ticketing area for adults for 400 bhat and children 200 bhat and free access for small kid.
Arranged A Taxi for 8 hours for around 2500 Bhat to visit Emerald pool and hot water spring and having lunch.
What's Good:
* Natural Beauty: A stunning pool nestled in the jungle, perfect for swimming alongside fish.
* Scenic Walk: The jungle trail to the pool is lovely.
* Family Fun: We made great memories together.
* Coffee Break: A convenient cafe for drinks.
* Clean Facilities: Restrooms were well-maintained and accessible.
What Could Be Better:
* No Food Allowed: This was a bit tough with kids.
* Staff Training: Some staff members near the pool need training in guest interaction. Some of them are rude in answering the travellers

Wow. Just wow. This place is a hidden gem. We rode our bike from Ao Nang, a 1.5-hour trip, but the journey was fabulous. The road was so pleasant that it made the ride truly enjoyable. When we arrived, we purchased a ticket for 400 baht per adult and embarked on a 1 km hike through lush greenery. Reaching the Emerald Pool was magical. We took a dip, swam, and took pictures. About 600 meters from the Emerald Pool is the Blue Pool, which is breathtaking, although swimming is not allowed.
