Place looks like it’s out of order. Most of the machines are not working. The ones that we tried were of a poor quality. In the VR racing my seat was not moving at all (even thou it was supposed to). Tourist trap - avoid.

Biggest arcade in phuket with really nice new VR toys and games. Toilet cost 1 buck though so that's a bummer. Lot with space inside but the games are rather limited with regard to the arcade section. KFC inside. Can work on their prices for games, quite pricey and touristy. Hence 4 stars

Very cool place, open until late in the night, very clean, kind staff, a lot of options to play from virtual reality to basketball machines and laser tag. A must go in Patong.

Awesome one of a kind entertainment. The staff are very helpful and give great recommendations. Definitely a must visit for all visitors to Phuket! Opens till late too!

BEWARE: IGNORE the FAKE REVIEWS. Long story short: Scammers. OVERPRICED TOURIST TRAP with SHORT & BUGGY GAMES. Full story: The WORST 500 THB=13€ in my life (NO REFUND!!!) 2 of the air hockey machines had trouble. One wasn't letting the puck come out so WE COULDN'T PLAY while the TIME WAS RUNNING OUT. The other air hockey also had the puck stuck. One time the receptionist (who wasn't very attentive to begin with) helped by pushing the puck down. Soon after the playtime was over... We also tried TABLE FOOTBALL WITH JUST 5 BALLS!!! Since when do these machines only have 5 balls?!?!?! Usually it's 10. I've traveled around the world & I haven't seen such a thing. RIDICULOUS! Also, we saw how short the game time was for everyone... They just want to take your money & don't care about your experience. We asked them nicely for a refund a few times since we didn't have a nice time CONSTANTLY ASKING FOR HELP with something that’s supposed to be working in the first place. We received a very disrespectful response. So we just threw the 400THB-worth tokens on the ground for the scamming "manager" to pick up. Hope he had fun gathering them together. This will teach him where he belongs with his nasty attitude and scams.

EASILY the best arcade experience I've ever had yet purely for all of the newer VR games. They've got a front and back hallway full of VR stations along with a few basic to advanced and immersive VR rollercoaster rides pretty much. If you don't want to have anything to do with the rest of Bangela Road, at least go here.

A Canadian Tourist Review: This place just reopened. The basketball arcades are much higher quality than the ones you'll find in Kelowna, Abbotsford, or Niagara Falls. The high scores aren't too insane because the business just re-opened. The average game is about $1.50 so it is quite expensive. Machines in Canada are cheaper than that. I would personally cut the price by half to entice more customers to come in. It's great to see more businesses reopening!
