We really enjoyed ourselves when we stayed here. The rooms have just been redone. but all of the Hot Springs area outside look a bit dated and look like it needs some more love and care. But the ambience and the vibe of this place is just amazing even though the location is a little bit away from everything then it’s an amazing place to visit. So I will highly recommend it for one or two nights. Especially if you have a car then you could stay even longer and it’s also a really good price but if you don’t have a car, it’s probably best just to stay one or two days. Unfortunately the staff is not very helpful and I don’t speak much English.
As per other reviewers, staff do not help with their attitude. Hotel is old and needs work. The hot pools are very good but not sure the temperature guides are very accurate. This was my second visit, wanting to show my family the hot pools but the attitude of staff and the fact they're not looking after the place means I won't ever go back. I hate to write this but it's a sad fact

Just love this resort. Have been a return guess for more than 20+ years, I think since the day they start operation. Love the hot and cold mineral pool. The staff and owner are very friendly.

I give 5 stars for this place to get more recognition for it, cause it definitely needs more clients after COVID times, thus, it could get renovation and come back to the previous, more "luxury" state. Spacious rooms, awesome hot spring pools, to me - one of the best places to stay on the way from Phuket in Krabi province.
It Must have been a nice place to stay 20 to 30 years ago... But now Avoid, Avoid, Avoid... The place is run down and in some parts past saving... If you have children Don't even consider it...|I paid for a deluxe room which was very spacious with a huge bathroom and rear door to what was supposed to be private pools in a private courtyard... not fit for use absolutely Mosquitoe infested. the room also had thousands of ant's now I know we are in Thailand and the odd few ants can be expected but this was ridiculous and my skin is itching just thinking of it. The pool was run down and filters were not working sunloungers were covered with mould. Breakfast was acceptable... If you are one of those I'll book it and form my own opinions types... Crack on! It will be an experience to remember...
Hot springs are still here but that's it. The rest of the hotel is hardly alive. This place needs strong renovation. We were here with our kids and I would not recommend it for families. Pools are broken everywhere so quite dangerous barefoot or even if u touch it with hands, wooden bridges are partly broken with wholes, not any chair to lay or just put a towel, used to be pool bars but fully broken... dinner place closed at 8pm (we missed it).
Bedroom is somehow ok although thousand of ants everywhere and quite some mosquitos...
Reception is not smiling or welcoming.
We used it as a cheap airport hotel somehow and that s what u get. Nothing of a resort or spa.

Room was very big with nice bathroom, bed not bad, clean is okay.
Breakfast is not fabulous but nice and you can choice.
Garden is so beautiful with great pools, lots of trees around. Pools with different temperatures. It's really hot!!!
Big discount with Agoda for the price it was perfect!!!
I think I will be back with pleasure.
Wow! I rode a scooter up from Ao Nang in a cold rain and was feeling a bit sick and miserable. When I arrived here I was in heaven. There was virtually no one else around indulging in these gorgeous pools and I spent all afternoon and evening relaxing and rejuvenating. There are several different size pools with different temperatures in beautiful gardens. There is even a free fish spa (I'm too ticklish to enjoy).||||The room itself was large, spotless and elegant. I slept like a baby and woke up very early to dip back in the springs while it was still dark. The steam, the stars, the sounds of the birds waking up: magical!||||The staff were kind and the food at the restaurant was nice and basic but tasty.
After being surrounded by tourists, I wanted to chill and stayed at this resort for 3 days. What a wonderful surprise, it’s like your own little sanctuary, hot springs pools everywhere, wading pools all over the place even a fish pool that fix your feet (if your not too tickleliss) and so quiet in a manicured jungle with woven paths throughout. Just a treat if you want quiet. The resturant is smaller but food is “ok” not great. ||The rooms are the next surprise, big, 10-12 foot ceilings, large sleeping/sitting area, bathroom I could throw a party in, it was that big and then open the back door to your own private tubs, cool and hot, surrounded by 7-8 ft concrete wall, pampered at $150.00 a night, love this place! ||Treat yourself and stay here, I recommend this place.
