Not Recommended at All !!!
We booked a bungalow room for a unique experience but ended up having one of the worst. Here’s why:
1.The bungalow was outdated, with dim lighting that gave it a creepy feel. Worse, there was garbage lying around outside. We had to upgrade to a newer room.
2.Our upgraded room still had issues. There was no exhaust fan in the washroom, and no phone to call reception. We had to use our personal phone every morning to order breakfast or contact them in case of an emergency.
3. The AC worked but it took hours to cool down the room.
4. Breakfast choices were minimal(they only variety was making egg in different ways i.e. 3 only). Despite explicitly requesting no ham or sausage, they still sent them.
5.Also to mention the hotel has no elevator, and we were assigned a room on the 3rd floor. We had to carry some of our luggage ourselves, which was quite a hassle. There are a lot of stairs, and if you’re placed in a different section like "Building C," you’ll likely get confused navigating the property unless you're familiar with it.
The only positive is the location, which is conveniently between market areas and near a quieter part of the beach.

We had the family room which comes with 2 queen beds and which are very comfortable to sleep. We just booked 1 night and ended up staying 3 nights and 4 days here. An outdoor swimming pool is also good for jumping in anytime we come back from outside. A 15-20 mins walk away from the pier and market which is the center of the island. It is a quiet place and close to the other side of the beach to enjoy kayaking.Yet there are a few things to improve in the room we stayed in but it doesn't bother us a lot while we are staying here. Recommended for people who are looking for a quiet place and spend quality time at Phi Phi Island. 👍

The first night we checked in here the air conditioning we had barely worked. And we were on the 3rd floor. Next day i asked for assistance. Maintenance came, played with the remote then said it was fixed and left. It wasnt fix. I was upset and went down to front desk. The reception gladly changed us rooms free of charge and the rest of our stay was perfect. They have a beautiful pool and monkeys frequently visit and cause a nuissance. They steal your bags and money looking for food. Beware because they can and will bite if you interfere. The hotel itself is more suited for Muslim guests but is fine for non-muslims as well. The buffet is reasonably priced and the location is on the quieter back side of the island. Its about a 10 min walk to the busier touristy part of the island with all the shops and restaurants. I had a very comfortable stay there once we got air conditioning. I would go back. Oh and the beds were quite comfortable which is also important to mention.

We had lunch at Maiyada through the Barracudas Tour company. We had a buffet style hearty meal and there were vegetarian options offered as well. The food was great, especially after going swimming and snorkelling. Even went back for seconds!

It's ok for the price we got it...it's kind of not in the best location and lots of stairs which I don't like but if you can get it for a good price it may be worth it...also no alcohol here it's a Muslim establishment so not a party place which is odd considering that most tourists in phi phi are always partying

Really nice accommodation in Phi phi island, recommended for solo travellers, couple or family!
> amazing Breakfast buffet available from 7am-10.30am- you have Thai food selection, cornflakes, mini pancakes, fresh fruit, jam, coffee and toast, juices and fresh milk.
> Every time you ask to clean the room, they leave you a free bottle of water inside the fridge
> Single room is spacious with wardrobe, tables and chairs, big bed and bedsides, tv, kettle, tea and coffe and a small terrace where there’s a chair and a small cloth rack. Mattress is very good!
> WiFi didn’t work well to me, sometime it did drop, however didn’t need it that much
> if you prefer a quiet place, this is the perfect location as you are on the west side of the island and it’s very quiet during the night. Restaurants, bars, shops are at 10/15mins walking from the hotel.
> Card payment available

I stayed in the bungalows which was quieter than expected given it was right next to the walking street. The pool area is nice with lots of chairs to lounge. Monkeys can be a bit aggressive, coming onto your balcony.

we were there for 2 nights. Just normal hotel. Requires some renovation. Noizy fan in the bathroom and really thin walls. But good view from the window or balcony (sea view)
The food here is worse than dog food.
I went on a tour where in which a lunch was included in the Maiyeda restaurant. Luckily I didn’t get food poisoning from it. It’s pretty far from sea and best to be avoided.

Cheap for the island - helpful staff and nice rooms. A little far from the centre, around 15 minute walk. Pool was really nice too
