The location is great the staff is super nice and the room is nice and clean.
But we’ve experienced 4 times that the water stopped without a heads up. 2 times we were in the middle of the shower we it was very inconvenient for us and truly affected our experience with the hotel.

This is a great hotel placed very nice in the town, everything is very close. Its a perfect fit for those that are not gonna stay in the hotel room for the whole duration of their stay.
Bed is nice and aircon perfect.
No noise in the night.
Bathroom was lacking water pressure but it works out.
We had a great laundry service at a reasonable price as well.

Amazing hostel in Koh Phi Phi! It was very comfortable for a family of 4, the rooms were spacious, clean and lovely. It was a very close walk to the pier and other beaches. Luckily it was not loud at all despite the clubs on the island. However what stood out was the incredible service.

The rooms here are so modern and clean that I think some reviewers are forgetting that this is only a 2* hostel! I was pleasantly surprised with how clean and quiet my stay here was, despite being in the heart of Phi Phi Don. The only downside was that my shower took a long time to drain. The staff were very helpful, let me stow my luggage for several hours on both ends of my stay and helped me find activities around the island.

Took 3/4 mins walk from the pier to get to the hotel . Small alleys and 2 storey buildings on both side with small vendors and small restaurants.. what an amazing place . Then I saw my hotel … so neat and clean … big rooms . We took the room with a small balcony. They don’t provide breakfast but right in corner there is a food place with great breakfast options with reasonable price range.

Lovely modern hotel in middle of town, with large, clean, comfortable rooms, great bedding, safe, good WiFi, good AC, kettle, fridge. I was initially concerned by provided earplugs, but room was amazingly quiet considering location not far from noisy bars. No pool or view, but beach and sea 2mins walk. Recommended!

While the island is very small and you can walk everywhere, the other side of the island is much quiet and empty, but this hotel is right in the middle of the shops/restaurants so the location is as best as it can get! Rooms are great, we only had problems in the shower since it stopped working after using a while a couple of times but I guess it’s normal in an island this small. Staff were very friendly and accomodating, they helped us a lot with our boat tour booking and room switching. We enjoyed our stay a lot, thank you!

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the P2 Wood loft. We booked 5 rooms at the property for 4 nights.
Upon checking in on June 25th, the room we were assigned had a strong and unpleasant sewage odor emanating from the bathroom. This odor caused nausea for several members of my family.
However, the situation became even more unacceptable on June 26th. At 11:00 am, we were unexpectedly asked to vacate our room as it was apparently unavailable. We were then forced to wait outside the hotel in the hot weather for over 2-3 hours until 1:00 am on June 27th, with no proper explanation or apology.
To our further dismay, the replacement room we were finally given was located in a separate building that is clearly under construction. This new room has a strong smell of wood, cement, and other construction materials and even worst smell of gutter. Additionally, there is constant noise from ongoing construction work, and construction workers smoking near the room made us feel unsafe.
These conditions are completely unacceptable, especially considering the inconvenience caused by the unexpected room change and the long wait outside in the heat. I am travelling with 2 small babies and I cannot accept this situation as it feels very very unsafe
Therefore, I am requesting a full refund for my stay at this hotel. I was no longer comfortable staying at this property and left my paid rooms to shift to another neaby hotel.. also I have met the one of the worst front desk staff of my life. So rude and unapproachable
location is centered walkable from pier. overall rooms are fine hotel itself is ugly and hot no ac anywhere but rooms. the lobby toilet was as dirty as a night club toilet. full of piss on floor. definitely not worth 1370thb per night but the island is ugly and expensive so it might be cheap for the area. overall skip the island and if you choose to arrive just spend extra for a resort.

The room was really clean and the bed really comfortable. The bathroom a little smelly but no issues. It is mildly noisy (we were downstairs right at the back of the long corridor) and there were complimentary ear plugs provided but not needed. The staff were helpful and relatively friendly. It’s a great location and there is a lot happening around the place.
