A Convenient Stay at the Renovated Panmanee Hotel
My recent stay at the newly-renovated Panmanee Hotel on Phi Phi Island was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The hotel's prime location, with a convenient food street right in front, was a major plus.
The rooms were clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The amenities were excellent, with comfortable beds, a mini-fridge, and a flat-screen TV.
The staff was friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with any requests. They provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and restaurants.
Overall, I highly recommend Panmanee Hotel for a convenient and enjoyable stay on Phi Phi Island. The renovations have given the hotel a fresh new look, while still maintaining its charming island atmosphere.

The amenities were excellent, with comfortable beds, a proper fridge, and a flat-screen TV. Comes with great supply of hot water shower, aircon and hair-dryer + kettle. We had a few rainy nights so we were thankful for the firm and modern roof.||||The staff was friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with any requests. Highly recommend hotel with great value for money!
Great location near everything you need and want (and 2min from the ferry) but still quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful (they even let us check in early because the room was already ready) and modern, clean and pleasant rooms.
The only bad thing is that if you wait until the last minute to book you might not get a room because they’ll be full.

Nice enough hotel, especially compared against the offerings on Phi Phi. Renovations were well done, with muted grey and brown colours. Looks and feels clean, very reminiscent of several Westins in which I have stayed. Downside of the colour scheme is scratches show up easily, and already some furniture is showing wear.
Quiet, far enough away from the beach clubs that the deafening party music is barely audible. Some odd service choices: housekeeping is in the late afternoon, rather than late morning which is the industry norm. At check in the receptionist mentioned multiple times that rooms would not be cleaned if the “do not disturb” sign was displayed. Seems to be a deliberate effort to discourage daily housekeeping, which was not welcome.
No luggage cart offered from the pier, which most Phi Phi properties at this price point do offer. Only a five minute walk, easily manageable with a carry on or backpack but would be a hassle with larger or multiple bags.
Beach towels provided and replaced daily, along with the standard two bottles of water and tea/coffee. No bathrobes or slippers, which are expected at this price point.
All in all a perfectly fine property, nothing particularly impressive either for better or worse. Just a quiet, comfortable place to sleep.

I really enjoyed my stay! This is by far one of the best options in this price range. It's a bit hidden inside the food market - but unlike hotels at the other end of the town, it's completely quiet at night and you don't hear any loud music. The rooms were brand new, modern and clean.

These may be the best rooms in Phi Phi, staying in the center of the island.
At first we were shocked by the surroundings of the hotel, but the facilities inside were worth it! Beautiful modern rooms!
The staff was really friendly. Specially the young recepcionist that worked during evening-night shifts.

When I arrived at Phi Phi Pier, I called the hotel. In 3 minutes, the hotel sent a nice guy to come to the pier to help to move my luggage. The room is very clean. We really liked the good quality mattress. Its location is convenient to any activities. In the evening, it is very quiet.

Perfect and best choice for you in this island.. Very reasonable price for a modern and distinctive design… and most importantly.. close to the main port less than 3 minutes walk.. close to services and 7/11 as well… friendly staff especially Mrs. Jai … I highly recommend this.. maybe it is the perfect hotel in the island at all

Hotel rooms are newly renovated and very clean. Hotel reception was very friendly and also helped out in accommodating our check in time. We only wish the hotel can do something with toilet, as it does has the smell of sewerage sometimes. No complaints otherwise.
