Pros: The hotel's property is really good. It is just It has ample space and the huge pool adds on to the pros. We had a pretty good time on the pool. The breakfast set was good and had a lot of options. The rooms, sheets were clean but washrooms needed maintenance. Cons: It is a little far away from the center, so you ought to walk for like 10 minutes to reach the pier or the center. Though it is by the beach, the space allocated for people to actually go in the beach is really small. Most of the beach side are occupied by boat taxis parking by the shore. They only serve breakfast and they didn't take any orders for food at any other time. Also, they don't serve alcohol. For religious reasons. There are convenient stores and restaurants around, so you can get it and enjoy it within their premise. Overall I had a good experience here. So the cons were overlooked.

Loved this resort. |Pros - quiet side of town away from all the mayhem. But a lovely walk to the action with lots of shops and resturants. The view in the morning and evening of the beach. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa with its own pool. Highly recommend. It was a highlight of the holiday. Luxury bedding, free mini bar stacked with snacks and drinks. Shady pool at a refreshing temperature. High-end facilities, white towels, and robes. Heaven. We didn't want to leave. |Cons - breakfast was very average. Instant coffee. Stuck to egg on toast. But a good view. |Thank you, we absolutely loved the rooms

Outdated room and we had cockroaches in the room coming thru the aircondition. Lots of construction noises right next to the rooms. Breakfast was Alright. The Pool itself was nice but could get some more regularly cleaning. The Location is pretty good, Not far to the Center but far enough to not hear any Music.

Our room was very dirty, the shower kind of oily. There was still the shaver from the guests before, so not cleaned at all. Very disgusting. The room smelled kind of strange. We did not know about these things before but the strange smell was from white balls in the trash bin. It is naphtalene balls against cockroaches which is basically POISON THEY PUT IN YOUR ROOM NEXT TO YOUR BED! There was a very friendly night guard who tried to give us another room, but in the next room it was the same smell. The third room as well, but at least no naphtalene balls, so just little smell left from whenever they used it there. We are currently still in the hotel (it is 01:30 AM), let‘s see how it turns out and if the rating goes up or down.

Had a disappointing experience staying here and probably wouldn’t stay here again nor recommend to any friends. The photos advertised are NOT reflective of how the place looks. The bathroom was run down, toilet leaking, towel rack coming off the hinges, a hair in the shower upon arrival and the fly screen door not closing properly to name a few examples. Overall, just dirty and outtdated- not worth the price!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The bathroom was full of mold and mildew. When I requested a room change, they refused and asked me to pay extra for an upgrade. Additionally, the swimming pool is not conveniently located in front of the rooms as expected. I do not recommend this place. It's overpriced, and there are many other hotels and resorts that offer better value and service.

Maybe for this money you can't find a better option on the island, but this hotel is good only for one or two nights maximum. The rooms are not the nicest and best, but okay. The bathroom looks sad. The mirror in our room was very old and broken. Room 130. The shower door is held by one rail only, It probably will fall one day and hotel will charge the guest, because they have a damage list in a room , which is also makes you feel like in very cheap hotel. In the bathroom I saw a cockroach the size of a box of matches 😭 Breakfast was okay, but some vegetables were not fresh and smelled bad, so you never know what quality of product was used for other dishes. Only one good thing about this hotel- it’s far from night life and close to the beach. Also one more thing, it just small area you can swim in the sea, everywhere else near beach is parking for boats. So for nice swimming you have to go to long beach or Viking beach. So far, it is the most expensive and the worst hotel out of the four I've been to in Thailand.

Difficult to decide how many stars to give. The hotel is in an excellent location on the beach front at the quiet end of town. The resort needs renovation in the common areas and most days the pool was full of groups drinking from glass bottles. We had to change our room at 0100 because the Aircon didn't work and the room was over 40degrees. The second room had a broken toilet. The access to the rooms run parallel to a sewer and the stink creeps into the room. Service was ok. The breakfast buffet was poor with instant coffee sachets, cheap quality products. Although at least had great views.

We paid only 1290Bath and stayed 2days. Nice old place away from the crowds.||Fully worth for the money. Balcony shaded by Tree branches||Extended pool can accommodate large crowd without getting crowded.||Old style laid back architecture and staff.

We visited this hotel twice now on an Excusion of phi phi island with the same company. Even after the amount of complaints 2 years ago they still have done nothing; we expected more. It’s a dive. This hotel is sold as a duluxe hotel room and your given a room that looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years, cockroaches on two stays now and a shower that I wouldn’t even stand in in my shoes. Absolutely disgusting. Cleaners clearly take no pride and the hotel lacks customer issues being resolved. Took the issues to reception and they say how can I help? Horrendous customer service and will not be returning again on this trip. Took my parents on what should have been a trip of a lifetime and was quite frankly the most horrendous stay over. Wish we’d have just done the day excursion. Highly disappointed and what a waste of money. Do this trip solely on your own: rent a long tail boat and do it: do not stay over at this hotel.
