Had a lovely 3 night stay here room 3009 with out own deck/pool access away from anyone else. Really relaxing place and staff were lovely although cleaners are a bit noisy in the morning and woke us up twice to clean. Pool could do with a clean as didn’t see anyone. Leaning it the whole time we were there. Apart from those 2 issues everything else was great. Good breakfast, we personally liked the location as we partied then walked back to the quiet area of our hotel.
After reading all the negative reviews about this hotel my expectations were set pretty low before I arrived. We stayed in room 3008, a pool access room on the 3rd floor and it was great. The room was clean and spacious, with views to die for. The maid was in every day during the 3 nights we stayed here.|The pool was glorious and was never particularly busy, there was always sunbeds available. There was a wee bit at the edge of the pool where the floor paint had worn away and looked a bit scruffy but it didn’t affect anything in any way. The restaurant area was large and clean. The breakfast was not the best, the coffee machine took forever and it wasn’t very warm when you eventually got it. However the omelettes were made to order and were nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. I didn’t venture into any of the other floors so can’t comment on what they were like. There was a sign on the room doors advising to lock them due to monkeys visiting the hotel but we only saw one monkey while we were there. If I was staying on Phi Phi again I would definitely return to this hotel. The views and location are amazing.
Super Duper Disappointing Behaviour of reception lady and she tried all her ways to make our journey and stay horrible.
1. They picked the luggage from fairy and we arrived late in night, after we arrived we have been listed with terms and conditions at the reception by a muslim lady.
2. She started calling us for strict checkout deadlines, when we were just 15min late she directly knocked our room bell and came straight to us to remind us to leave asap.
3. When we came out with our luggage which took us like 25min, she said she can’t carry our luggae to fairy, and as the floor was full of sand, a walk of 1.5km until you reach fairy, we had such a horrific time to carry two big bags we had, my god my whole journey went so troublesome, i got hand pain and leg pains dragging bags in that sand and even my husband was dead tired until we reach the fairy.
4. Not to mention when we were just 5min late for breakfast, they have took off all the dishes and didnt provide us anything.
5. I paid 7500rs as booking amount due to weekend and I had such insane behaviour from this reception lady and she made our stay terrible.
I don't suggest this place to people who go on holiday in relaxing mode. You will be forced with numerous terms and conditions.
Although the rooms and pool with the room was amazing but due to strict timelines and conditions we could not enjoy anything about this place.
Currently staying at this hotel, 13th May - 16th May and can’t wait to check out!|Easily one of the worst hotels that I have ever stayed in, anywhere in the world. Room 3008.||Booked a ‘Luxury Double Room’, their idea of luxury and my idea of luxury are obviously on different ends of the spectrum.||- The mattress has absolutely zero spring in it and is like sleeping on concrete.|- The roller blind in the bathroom was absolutely covered from top to bottom in stains, and I don’t even want to know what half of them may be.|- The ceiling fan in the bathroom being held up by tape.|- A choice of traditional shower head or rainfall shower head, but in actual reality there is no choice as the rainfall shower head doesn’t work.|- Blood splashes on the walls, chipped paintwork and cracks.|- Someone has clearly had fish in the fridge at one point and has not been left to air, which is then making its way into the living area.|- The pool opening times are between 10am-9pm which nobody monitors so people in the pool at any time day or night, which affects your sleep as the balcony opens up right onto the pool area.|- Feels as though the maids do anything in their power to make as much noise as possible first thing in the morning to wake people up, never slept past 8am.|- The ‘breakfast’ is absolutely shocking, only real good choice is eggs. They do have waffles which has sweetcorn running through it, the most bizarre combination I think I’ve ever come across.||Don’t be fooled by the photos on the websites as it looks absolutely nothing like that, so run down and needs a massive overhaul. I also felt as though it was quite unclean throughout the full hotel.
Great hotel and good breakfast overall. The pool is nice, but the filling is missing from the tiles and it's sharp to walk on. The beach is nice, but you can only swim at high tide, some stronge lights would be great to swim at night because it was great.

Despite some negative reviews, we found our experience to be quite the opposite. First and foremost, the rooms are incredibly spacious (as big as a studio apartment) comes with a fully equipped kitchen. The decor may be outdated but its perfectly functional and very clean. So, i don't complain about that.
We stayed in the sea view room and it was breathtaking. The hotel's location on the edge of the island, away from the bustling party scene, allowed us to enjoy a peaceful beach experience and a calm holiday retreat. The ladies at the reception, were exceptionally courteous and helpful throughout our stay. Our luggage was picked and delivered to pier on time.
In conclusion, we highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a tranquil getaway with stunning sea views, spacious accommodations, and a welcoming atmosphere. Don't let a few negative reviews deter you; this hidden gem offers a memorable and relaxing holiday experience. We look forward to returning soon.
We had a wonderful stay at this well maintained hotel. The pool was amazing and close to the beach. Staff were very friendly and it had a standard hotel breakfast. Booking of activities were possible form the front desk. The location was great for watching the sunrise. One downside was the day tours that drop hundreds of people right next to this hotel’s beach. We just moved to the amazing infinity pool for peace and quiet. Something to consider if you are looking for a quiet beach all day.
