I feel like this is one of the best places you can stay at on the island while still being on a budget.
The location is just perfect it is a maximum of six minutes walk to everywhere you want to go and most of the time it is even less.
The room has a weird smell but you get used to it once you are there for some time. You just smell it when you reenter the room. The bed was very nice and so was the television. There were also ants and a few spiders coming in from the balcony… We both disliked the bathroom it was uncomfortable to use it due to the toilet being so close to the shower.
The hotel staff was very helpful all the time.

The only highlight was the cleanliness. Anyhow the staff is rude and unprofessional. Even though we had pre booked our rooms n paid for, upon checking in the receptionist asked us for 5000 Bhat as “ key deposit security money” OR our passport. It was really weird and she didn’t let us enter until we agreed on either of it.
Half and late checkout costed us 300 Bhat more and even though we smoked in our balconies she blamed that we smoked in the room and tried charging 2000 Bhat extra for it. Very very weird. Wouldn’t recommend.
It was a nice stay!! There was a cute little balcony and the room was nicely clean. The staff was also really nice. It is in the city center so there is a bit of noise but doable. Overall a good experience.
We got a room which had no views to outside. During working hours it was super noisy because of the constructions next door. In the evenings you could clearly hear caraoke from the nearby bars, definitely bring your earplugs with you. Our room on the 1st floor had weird smell, I would assume it was mold or smth. Otherwise beds were great, sheets & towels clean. Bathroom was kind a small. Location was great, close to restaurants and bars. Next door massage salong was just amazing, definitelt try it out!
Staff was great .. so loud at night when the other guests come in at 3 and 4 am …bring ear plugs and u will be fine !

Really nice location in the center : 5 min by walk from ferries boat , all commodities. It’s really important when you want to optimize your time in Kho Phi Phi.
Room are nice , but soundproofing need to be improve.
The hotel itself is… fine. Nothing major to report either way. However, unfortunately the lady at reception makes the entire experience of staying at this hotel absolutely dreadful. She oscillates between passive aggressive and straight up aggressive and that’s just not what you want on your holiday. Save yourself the trouble and pick somewhere else.

Clean, friendly and a central location. We really enjoyed our stay here.
It’s right in the heart of PhiPhi’s walking streets so expect to be right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of it all. There’s a live music bar a few doors down that gets pretty rowdy so bring earplugs/headphones if noise bothers you (or just head down to the bar and get involved yourself!)
Staff were really friendly and literally everything you could need (food, good coffee, massages, shops etc) is right on your doorstep and never more than a few minutes walk away. They can organise laundry, tours and taking your bags to and from the pier for you (which again is only a few minutes walk away).

The location of the hotel was in the heart of the Phi Phi - 4 minutes walking distance from the lagoon and 9 minutes from the pier. The room was clean and nice but small with a tiny balcony. However, the view was obstructed by other adjacent clumsy buildings. The decoration theme was based on ship/boat. Overall a good hotel.
Great hotel located in the heart of Phi Phi. The rooms are very well maintained and the staff are extremely friendly! I was also quite surprised with how clean everything was!
The only downside is that they only provide you with one key and that key controls the power of the room. So everytime you leave and come back in again it feels like an oven!
They should really fix that problem or even just raise the price another $2 to compensate for that air conditioning. It makes a huge difference and that is why this hotel gets 3 stars. In a place like Koh Phi Phi where it is 35 degrees all year around that can make all the difference. Also the room did have a bad sewage smell in the mornings in the bathroom, but eventually would fade.... like I mentioned though still very clean and comfortable.
