Phi Phi Inn Hotel

Phi Phi Inn Hotel is conveniently located close to the pier and right on the main street, which made getting around easy. The staff was very friendly and quick to accommodate us with a room. Note that the hotel requires a 1000 baht deposit, which is returned at checkout. However, I would rate it 3.5 out of 5 due to the limited facilities. There was no proper shower, no table in the rooms, and it was quite noisy during the daytime. Overall, it’s a decent option if you're looking for convenience, but don’t expect many amenities.

For the price that you pay, this is an extremely good hotel that you get for your budget. It is very close to the pier and there is no noise from the parties. It is a very quiet street. Highly recommended! The lady at the reception is such a great help and always friendly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

I loved everything about my stay at this Hotel. This will be my home every time I go to Phi Phi. I stayed in 2 places I booked via Booking.com, and had horrible experiences, so I walked around and found this hotel, asked if I could have a look at the rooms and then I booked right away. So affordable, and definitely value for money. I stayed 7 nights, and was sad to leave. The host is an absolute ray of sunshine, very helpful and always cheery and friendly. I paid cash, check-in process is quick and easy. There is a key deposit to pay, or you leave your passport/ID as deposit. The location in right in the middle of town, close to everything, yet still very quiet. No elevator, rooftop or pool. Host helps with bags. The room I had was quite spacious, clean and comfortable. With a cupboard for your clothes, big comfy bed and pillows, sliding doors to balcony (with a little bit of a sea view), working aircon, power sockets and bed side tables next to the bed and by the TV. The TV has mostly Thai channels, but I found one channels that had English movies at certain times of the day. Small fridge, hairdryer and kettle (disposable cups), but no cutlery. Mirror in bathroom and room. Clothing Rack for wet clothes. Window in bathroom/shower. Adjustable and removable showerhead. Great water pressure and adjustable water temperature. Towels supplied. Cleaning service on request when is convenient for you. Instant coffee, water, toilet paper, shower gel and shampoo supplied. Building stays open 24h, but reception is only there from 8am to 6pm or when early check-out is requested. Safe hotel. Only sort-of negative thing I can say, was that the WIFI was not always strong enough when I had some work to do. There are 2 routers to connect to. So many laundromats close by - self-service and paid service. One last thing, you can leave your bags at reception when you arrive early, sometimes early check-in is possible.

5 star for location, rooms are average serves the purpose. Ac is bit slow to and cooling is not good enough but kind of manageable. 1000 Bhat deposit for key, which was returned without issues. Very strict with checkout as during checkin itself they confirmed 3 times that we will checkout sharp 11am. Bathroom smells horrible, you cant stay in bathroom for 2 mins. I dont know the reason, but its acidic smell. However bathroom and room is super clean. I don’t know the reason for smell. Water pressure is very low, will take you longer to take bath. Overall ok hotel and good price, can consider if you plan to stay only 1 night. Not a bad option, as it is at best location.

Great value for the price. The lady working there is very friendly and accommodating. the location is excellent, right in the middle of the town close to the docks and beaches. Highly recommend for a budget option.

Never had such a good hotel for so little money. Personal was super friendly. Location was perfect, you are in the middle of everything, but still far away from all the loud noise. Definetly recommended!

Budget Hotel, Reasonable Price Value for money. Neat and Clean. Very friendly staff. Located close to PhiPhi ferry, just near to Mc Donalds. Lot of restaurants, shops. A right place for budget travellers

The water did not work 1 night during my stay. Water heater is not working well.
