Great location by the beach and in the town centre. The rooms were specious and overall was a decent stay. However, the beds were rock hard, pretty terrible for sleeping. The location was great, but it’s also right next to a beach club which plays loud music till quite late. The staff were nice but not sure they understood everything, we asked for a packed breakfast as we had to leave at 6am, when we went to pick it up, there wasn’t anything for us. Nice place but not sure about value for money.

Great resort we stayed 3 nights The staff was very nice and professional. The location is great right at the main street, and with a great view of the beach at night there is a bit of noise from the parting ask for a quiet room, the beds are very hard it depends What is your preference. Breakfast is great with nice atmosphere and fresh fruit. Overall great hotel.

Reason for bad review:|Hotel is different from pictures.|Air conditioning in the room is very noisy which makes it hard to sleep at night, can’t turn it off as it’s extremely warm.|Exhaustion system in the toilet is noisy as well. If you wake up at night to use the toilet you’ll wake up your partner.|The balcony was not cleaned and the sofa is dirty from sweating so a bit disgusting if you want to use it. |They advertised the room as garden view, but it’s more like the back of the hotel with no view to the hotel’s garden. Only back of other properties.|WiFi is bad. Breakfast was bad quality. Food in the restaurant also not very good. |You’re given only one key so you and your partner needs to share the same key to get in and out of the room.|Hotel pool is good, but if you want to use the double-beds, you need to consume at least 1000 baht in the bar. |It was advertised as having a fitness center, but it wasn’t mentioned you need to pay 125baht person/daily to use it.|Needs to pay 1000baht for deposit, also not mentioned in advance. ||Good things: |Pool has a nice view and beach in front of the hotel is nice. Location is noisy, but room has enough isolation or maybe the ac it’s just noisier than the parties.||In the end it’s just a low standard hotel with a nice pool. Not worth the money.

Great choice, right in the heart of Phi Phi , beach front and access to the street. We stayed for 2 night and wish I had spend more time. Got a birthday surprise at my room , my son had a blast at the great swimming pool , and me and my friends enjoyed the food and drinks at the pool. The staff were lovely and even let us choose the music. Breakfast is also very good, lots of options.

This resort was one of the best places I have ever stayed at. Not only are you welcomed with cold water and a cute tiny straw but an insane view also. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were large and luxury. The main pool was so spacious I thought it couldn't get better than that. However, there is a more private infinity pool that is open to all guests. This secondary pool had no one else in it besides the group I was with and the one couple that had a room that walked right out onto the pool. From 3-5 the bar by the main pool had happened hour which was buy one get two drinks. They offered to bring it to wherever you were sitting. The breakfast buffet was also amazing as they had everything and anything and also an omelet cook ready to prepare one however you wanted. You then are able to either sit under the canopy where the breakfast is held or walk out to the beach tables where you can eat and look at the Ocean and mountains together which is a perfect spot for sunset.

We stayed in pool villa 7 for two nights .. what can I say the pool and the view was spectacular! Earth tones restaurant is such a vibe during the day, the breakfast had a lot of options, I’m not a big breakfast person but it looked like it was good. The pool club looks great as well. We had our own pool so we didn’t use it. But it looked like a vibe! I would def recommend it! Staff are so nice and helpful as well, we had our bags taken at the pier and brought to the room, and when we left they took our bags to the boat check in for us as well! Such nice staff. The location is also great, you are literally next door to all the fire shows. So good!

Hotel was good. They need to clean the showers and bathroom synch a little bit more. But overall good hotel to relax with family. Recommended for a family vacation away from the crowd. Customer services was excellent including the bar pool area.

After reading the reviews, we almost passed on PP Princess. That would have been a big mistake. However, I highly recommend that you book a bungalow- the regular rooms may have problems we did not encounter. But for the bungalows, us, none of the bad reviews applied. They are spacious for a hotel- separate tv/longe room, big showers, clean, no pests, very well air conditioned, private, quiet. This place has the best, most Beautiful pool, beach, and a decent breakfast. All in all, for a relatively remote island - pure luxury.

The hotel has deteriorated since our last visit in 2022. I will not go back there again. Although the pool is very nice, the bar personnel were unfriendly and they were too busy with their own conversations and not very attentive to their patrons. All three our rooms were dirty throughout our stay. I had to clean my own mirror and door handles. My friend's room had mold in the shower and it was very smelly. The construction is very disturbing. The beds were very hard, as always, but this time I requested a matrass topper and they did deliver on my request. Reception staff was as friendly as ever.

Sorry but this is really scam. I am offered that happy hour is 2 cocktails for the price of 1. So I order a mango ice with Malibu, Malibu was not to taste but the bill is instead of 250,- suddenly 640,- bath,- on top of that I am also addressed very inappropriately by the waiter. I feel quite taken for a ride and the gentleman is not amenable to reason. A big No Go!!
