Отлично место. Очень вкусная еда. Хозяева приветливы и делают щедрый комплимент после еды в виде тарелки с фруктами. Цены соответствуют меню. Очень понравилось место, всем рекомендую!

The restaurant name is SriTrang, pronounced see-drahng. The food is reasonably good, although the service very slow. The main reason for the poor review rating is the dishonest behavior of the owners. They have on several occasions charged more than the price advertised on the menu. Today I had beef panaeng & a Chang beer, which was advertised as “120-150 baht” (one would assume 2 prices for 2 sizes) and 80 baht respectively on the menu, but when the bill came, the charges were 180 & 90 baht. For the beer, the owner claimed a sticker on the menu changing the price had fallen off, although there was no evidence of this at all. She didn’t bother to use the same excuse for the considerable discrepancy in the panaeng price, just whining in Thai that the price of beef had increased. We are a foreign husband and Thai wife, but we have seen her take advantage of and overcharge foreigners frequently as we’ve eaten there several times with foreign visitors. Bottom line: check the price on the menu and get a verbal commitment to that price before ordering, and keep your own account of the bill. Or better, go to the restaurant that’s at the other end of the road at the beach, which is cheaper, just as delicious, more honest, and has a much better view.

Not easy to find, being registered as a grocery store, this is a restaurant where locals meet their friends for food and drinks. One of the typical local, simple outdoor restaurants, this place is very clean and serves good food. Run by buddhist owners, the restaurant serves both alcohol and pork. If you're keen on trying a true local dinner, this is your place – you won't be disappointed!

Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet. Wir haben fast jeden Tag dort gegessen. Die Zutaten sind alle frisch, teilweise sogar aus dem eigenen Garten. Die Besitzer/in sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es ist ein Muss dort zu essen, wenn man sich in der Nähe befindet. Man kann nur mit Bargeld bezahlen.
