The room is actually quite spacious and the view is not too bad, but there are quite a lot of disappointments. It is the first time in a Thailand hotel that we were not offered bottled water upon checking in, this was weird, after hundreds of hotels this was the first time and lacks service on that matter in my opinion. In the room there is no space in the bathroom to hang your towels. The sockets are not working properly. The beds are extremely hard and the pillows enormously tall, waking up with neck pain.

The only thing good about this hotel is the location. The room and bathroom were dirty and dusty. We found a 2 boxes of empty pizza under the desk from previous guest. The mattress was terrible and you can feel the springs. I tried many times to ask for more toilet paper but nobody stays in the reception. There is not fridge in the room. I dont recommend it

Was nice being located rightb in the center but in the same time this brought a lot of noise in the night, i was hearing music and people till late in the night soo sometimes was a bit difficult to fell asleep. The room looks nice, air con is life saver. We encountered problems with the electricity in our room, it was stopping and starting again and again stopping so it was really annoying. The owner gave us the room next to us for the second night and there we had problems with the air con as we couldn’t stop it unless we disconnected the key and shot down the electricity. Oh, and there are stairs to get to the rooms, for people who don’t want this.

Room I got not really look like what it shows on Agoda. bed is fine with thin blanket. Aircon works well. Location is good but it can be noisy at night from live music bar next door. No any drinking water in the room. not even trash bin 🤷🏻‍♀️ I booked here last minute just for one night

Perfect location and good price for the island. The view from the room was absolutely amazing. Bring some ear plugs if you mind the music at night, there’s a lot of bars close so you will definitely hear the music until late. Bathroom in the room need a refresh, but it was ok for a couple of nights, very close to everything. AC works perfectly, clean room and the staff is lovely.

*bedbugs* don’t stay here. Terrible experience! Bedbugs, ants, and a malfunctioning air conditioner. We booked four nights but couldn't stand it for more than four hours. Save yourself and stay elsewhere.

Myself and my friends booked here to stay in a triple room as it was one of the cheapest places we could find in Phi Phi and we were on a tight budget. Reading the reviews before we arrived we weren’t sure what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised. The reviews on here don’t even match up to the experience we had at all!! On our first night the owners brought us an extra fan up to our room and an extension cable for the room so that we would all have a fan each facing our beds and because there was only one plug in the room. We didn’t even ask for this it was something they did themselves very kindly. It did get hot in the rooms, at nights it was often cooler outside of the room but it was never an unbearable heat. The shared showers and toilets were always clean and I never once had to queue to use one. The owners are some of the nicest people you will meet, they are so happy to help you with anything you might need or answer questions for you. They recommended places to book tours that would give us discounts for staying there and directions for anywhere we wanted to go. The place is situated right in the middle of everything so whether you want to go to the beach, the pier, the view point everything is within walking distance. If I ever come back to Ko Phi Phi I would definitely stay here again

For a short stay this room is great. We would say very good because the manager / owner working at the 'reception' was so friendly and helpful. He made us feel very safe.|The rooms were very clean and totally different than some of the pictures on this site. I don't have any unfortunately.|It's location is excellent if you want to be in the middle of everything.|The only thing (which can't be avoided) is the bar across the road which plays music until about 1am-2am, so if your staying in Phi Phi to sleep- don't bother with this one. If your there to have a few drinks at night (assuming you are out past 1am) go for it!!

Stayed here for 4 nights, room was incredibly dirty. The walls were covered in what appeared to be vomit stains (only a few shown in pictures but believe me, the walls were covered). Looked like they hadn’t been wiped down in 10 Years. Bathroom covered in mould and hairs. There were bars of soap and toilet paper rolls crammed into gaps in the walls. The bed was lumpy and uneven, pillows were rock solid and could not be slept on as they were massive. There was a night club directly above the room which wouldn’t have been so bad if the windows weren’t missing half their glass to muffle the sound. Staff were fine. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for a couple of nights as it was cheap and it fell within our backpacking budget. For some reason we chose to ignore its bad reviews and decided to try it for ourselves. BIG MISTAKE.||Pros: the fan works. ||Cons: the bathroom stinks of egg/drains which makes the whole room smell, the pillows are rock hard and bed completely knackered, the water in the room is salty and shower freezing cold, it hasn't had a proper clean in a long time as dust covers everything and dirt/mould lines the walls, the towels smell of every person that ever used it, the mosquito net covering the window is broken and I was bitten every night even though I used my repellent. All in all its pretty rank! ||Please if you read this review take my advice, pay a little bit more and stay somewhere else. I would not sleep here again if I was paid.||I honestly don't think they care about the quality or cleanliness of their rooms here, they just want your money. | |I would give this place 0 stars if I could!! |||
