This hotel is the worst place I've ever stayed. When I got there, they put me in a smaller room without explaining why. After I complained to Trip.com, they moved me to the correct room the next day. The air conditioning and water in my room didn't work well. Sometimes, the shower barely had any water coming out. The area around the hotel is full of mosquitos, so you always need bug spray. The hotel is on a steep hill, making it tiring to get to your room. Also, loud music from nearby bars keeps playing until 4 am, which is really annoying if you're a light sleeper. Every room has these problems. If you don't have other options for a place to stay, I'd suggest cancelling your trip. This hotel shouldn't be listed on trip.com, and I wouldn't stay here again even if it was free.

The view here is amazing, which is shown in the pictures. We were told we were going to be met at the ferry port for some help with out 15kg bags. After 3 calls and being told that they were on their way, 45 minutes later we decided to just head on up ourselves. We didn’t realise how uphill the walk was going to be, so this was an extreme work out with the bags in the heat!! No apology when we arrived. |The cabins were very dark and dingy. Although they were very clean and the beds were changed and refreshments ready, which was nice. |The breakfast was fine. The staff at breakfast were very kind and polite compared to the front desk staff. It is very loud at night - it was fine for us as we are deep sleepers but if you want peace and quiet it would not be ideal.|Considering the price, you could definitely stay somewhere better.

The resort was really beautiful. Their infinity swimming pool was really a great thing in our trip. We enjoyed the view. We loved their breakfast but they should be more careful about the cleanliness and pest control. Over all, it was a good resort to enjoy phi phi island.

This was our first time to Thailand and really wanted to try out a bungalow on our travels around Thailand. |We had a warm welcome and gave us two bottles of free water as the walk in the heat can be a little unbearable. Was a 15 minute walk from the pier, and we had guys who work at the hotel meet us there to help with our luggage. |We stayed for two nights and was a very interesting stay. The beds weren’t very comfortable (not my liking) as was quite hard, and the rooms are quite small especially when you have 2 large cases and 2 small ones. |The hotel is a short walk to and from the stalls around the island etc, so you won’t ever get bored as there’s lots to do. |The breakfast was okay but didn’t really offer much choice however it was free. |The only two downfalls for this stay was that even though we was up in the jungle (so to speak) we could still hear everything from all the beach clubs until early hours of the morning - especially from slinky’s. |The second night of our stay we had loads of ants in our bed, but I guess it’s because we’re staying in a wooden bungalow.

Do not stay! This place is very dirty, rooms are dark and not clean. We had a USED ear cotton stick in our room from the previous guests! We checked the pool, also was dirty and not maintained (there was a visible mold). Location is also not great, the path we took up to the hotel was spooky and also very dirty with weird smells. We decided we’re not gonna stay right after we checked in, they did not return our money, even though the conditions at the hotel were unacceptable. I still don’t understand how can they offer this to people and ask for that much money for what it is. We found hotel only 10$/night more expensive than this one and the difference was enormous, felt like a luxury place comparing to this one. So avoid this place, there are so many better options in Phi Phi Islands, this hotel will only ruin your experience!

A full in depth review of the hotel covering the ins and outs of location, pool, rooms, staff and food.||As always I will break it down into Positives, Things to be aware of and Negatives.||Positives:||The Pool and view is stunningly beautiful, totally instagram worthy. You can see the whole bay with boats coming in and out all day and the pool is generally quiet all the time, we never not had a bed and while the pool is small it was never crowded and we visited during peak season. ||The Staff are lovely and super friendly, the lady who helps with the boat tickets at the front is always happy to help you and show you whatever you need to||There's cats and that's enough to sell it to me tbh||The location has good and bad points - it's out the way so it isn't based in the centre so for me this was a positive. It's also worth noting there isn't many hotels In the centre with a pool as they are mainly hostels unless you want to stay at Ibiza House which quite frankly will give you aids by even looking at that pool and they play music the sound level of jet planes until 3am every night. I also think it is unfair for some reviewers to have mentioned that the few hundred metres up to the hotel looks like a dump. There has been a tsunami, it's evident and peoples lives were ruined and we're in a jungle. Yes it looks a bit like a dumping site but it's perfectly safe and I don't think that's anything to do with the hotel. ||There also were hardly any mosquitoes and I am someone who mosquitos like to feast on more than a Las Vegas all you can eat buffet, I only got bit twice.||The rooms were clean and spacious for two people and the shower was warm and powerful although sometimes it didn't work but we assume that at some points in the day it doesn't. The room included was a safe, fridge and hairdryer along with hangers||Things to be aware of/Negatives:||This section is something you may find negative you may not mind about, it's up for interpretation. ||The room was very dark, it's dark wood so not a lot of light got in which made it hard to get ready etc, I did go out several times looking like an only way is Essex cast member because I couldn't see how to do my make up properly. The lights flickered and went out quite a bit but always came back on after a few seconds. I put this down to we're in the middle of a jungle.||The pool was very heavily chlorinated and I would go as far as to say over chlorinated. I think I saw some people ages ago getting ear infections so they are probably over compensating for this but you can't open your eyes underwater at all and it tastes so chlorinated but doesn't smell it so be aware and this is something they could probably fix. ||There is also no atmosphere at the pool, don't get me wrong I would hate for pumping music to be playing all hours but some background music would have been nice and also there is never anyone at the bar down there in the day so it's hard to get a drink. The only drink they do have however is Chaaing Beer, no water, no soft drinks that's it at the whole hotel but there is a lovely lady in a hut opposite who sells lots of snacks and drinks and I was happy to support her and I would probably not want that to change. There is also no shade at the pool ||There is s steep hill to get down to the pool so just don't forget things from your room as it's a climb!||There is no roads or cars on phi phi you do have to walk everywhere. The hotel is a 15/20 minute walk from the pier but they send someone with a trolly to help with your bags - please tip him when this happens! For us this wasn't a problem but for someone with mobility issues or children I probably wouldn't recommend this as the walk is up a hill for the last little bit.||While it's away from the bars and clubs the noise carries across the bay and it was very loud until about 3am, I didn't have any problems falling asleep to it but maybe a different room would have been worse. It doesn't help that the walls and windows are super thin, to the point I could hear conversations next door and the person getting into bed next to me, I could feel the bed move against the wall. ||You are in a jungle so there are bugs I don't think this is the hotels fault but just don't leave food lying around as they will get in.||The curtain in the rooms doesn't stretch the whole way across the window so unless you like pretending you're in a peep show it does need to be noted and rectified by the hotel.||All in all I would consider this was an area that was hit with a Tsunami, there aren't alot of hotels on Phi Phi in the centre which have pools and it's a tropical island so I would stay here again

An awful place to stay. |Firstly there is no running water for most of the day, we were unable to shower for 3 days and had to use bottled water to clean ourselves. This occurred across the whole accommodation. When we asked the front reception about this he just kept saying that it will turn on in 1 hour. When we pushed harder, he magically switched a button and turned it on for 20 minutes. ||We had issues with cockroaches in our room and our toilet flooded, we were unable to flush the chain for 3 days. It overflowed in the middle of the night and there was no one there to assist. I had to call the desk manager personal phone and ask him to come down, we tried ringing him 10x. He hung up on us consecutively. If we did not persist, he would have let the toilet overflow into our room. ||The pool was also dirty and not cleaned or maintained. Only positive is the view. ||It’s not common we complain but this was a particularly difficult stay. We noticed another 3 parties also complain and they tried to chucking them out their rooms earlier than their checkout dates because of this. The staff did not offer any assistance, understand basic needs nor did they apologise for any inconveniences. ||I would not recommend this stay.

Robbed & Badly treated! We arrived in the evening having booked a room with a view of the sea. If you cut down the trees you could probably see half of the bay, no sea view! Rooms are damp and moist, tv not working (not that we would use it), although the shower was ok. The pool is actually good, with great views of the bay, the only strong point of the hotel. The reception is closed from around 9pm and there is no security, with the hotel being left open so anyone can enter. It is around a 15 walk from the main area and upon walking up to the hotel there are some very suspect and dark places, where you would see locals hanging around. Upon returning to our hotel that night we decided to hang around the pool and left our things (with keys, phones and money) on one of the sun-beds around 10 meters away. 10 minutes later, we came back and our things had gone. We called the hotel number and eventually (30 minutes later) the owner arrived. She seemed very reluctant to help us, not even giving us a key so that we could enter our room, our passports where there and we were leaving the next day. There are cameras around the hotel, but she would not check them and eventually the police arrived; little help they were! The owner was aggressive towards us and did nothing to help, albeit we were asking her questions and she was getting frustrated; but we had been robbed. Anyway, long story short-ish, she wouldn't let us sleep in the room after this and would not help us to find our things in her hotel. We talked with the police, for them to write us a report and then to spend the rest of the night on beach with all our belongings. A horrific experience and treatment by the hotel! We paid around £100 for one night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone even if the price was £10. This place needs massive improvements to security and a refurbishment is badly needed.
