Really friendly and helpful staff, feels like a super safe hostel and you get a large locker under your bed for your bag. There are security cameras in the room so maybe don’t stay here if that makes you feel uncomfortable but its purely for security and the staff are female and not creepy at all. Beds are comfy, firm mattresses, and you get a privacy curtain which is great. Indoor and outdoor showers and lots of room to hang stuff to dry. Super clean and they clean multiple times a day. Definitely not a party hostel and not social at all but its super near the pier and all the party areas. Make sure you don’t wear your shoes inside or leave them out in the rooms as if you do they’ll put them away downstairs. Would definitely stay again.

Great location - the only positive. One toilet per 14 people = very dirty very quickly. Bugs in the beds / rooms. No amenities - for example, no drinking water. Personal belongings get moved if left outside your bunk / next to your bed - without you being told. I don't understand the high reviews - would have moved if I'd stayed longer.

Great location, good air condition, clean and smell good. Free bananas and coffee, they also had some games and other stuff you could borrow. Really nice staff; they let me check in earlier to rest when they noticed I was tired. 😊 The only downside was limited toilets upstairs (but there was toilets downstairs you could use) and that the bed was a bit too hard for me.

First hostel experience and everything was amazing. Location is just by the pier and walking distance next to many restaurants. Not too loud from the partying scene and the environment is very relax. The staff was very helpful and treats you almost like family. The staff recommended/helps book tours with other hostel guest which good ice-breaker in case others are too shy to hang out social tables.

Firstly, the location of the hostel is excellent. Right by the pier, away from noise but still had close proximity to lively shops and restaurants. Secondly, the staff are great and hardworking - the place was always pretty clean. One staff member was particularly attentive and helpful, asking me every time I returned to the property how my day went and providing suggestions/assistance with restaurants and my ferry booking, which was much appreciated as a solo traveler. Some minor criticisms (WiFi password could be more prominent on check in, AC was perhaps a little too cold) but these are trivial points. Quick note, shower/toilet facilities are fairly limited at the hostel (I think 4 showers and 5 toilets in total). It wasn't a big deal for me as there were maybe only ~20 other guests at the time I stayed, but I can imagine in high season when this place is much busier this might be a bigger issue. Just something to consider if booking in these months.

This is a very nice and clean hostel in a great location with all you’ll need. It also has a great group of staff. It’s nothing special for a fairly high price but I’ve head a few horror stories about people getting pink eye etc in other places on the island so I’d say it’s worth the security of knowing you’ll be fine. That being said it’s definitely not the only clean hostel here so you can probably get the same thing for half the price. Other than that I would definitely recommend.

One of the best hostels I stayed at in Thailand. The location is perfect. The staff is so nice, they even invited us to a free BBQ party on the street. Nui is a very funny guy. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. They also provide complimentary coffee, tea, and fruits. I strongly recommend this hostel if you want a comfortable bed and the opportunity to engage in conversations with locals.

I was travelling alone and wanted a break from the party side of the island. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here as the rooms were clean, modern and quiet. There was a small seating area outside so while it's not a party hostel it was easy to socialise. The staff are great too - very helpful, friendly and funny too!

Location is perfect, right in the centre of town but not noisy on a night at all. It’s so clean, the staff are always ensuring the rooms and the bathrooms are maintained. Beds are comfortable, Wi-Fi works great, and you’re provided with towels for the shower. Huge locker storage. Showers are fine and are warm. Staff super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Lovely staff & an extremely clean hostel. Beds are nice & comfy while the entire hostel is very well kept. Cleanliness is a big focus as well. The staff are a great source of recommendation for any dietary restriction as well. The only complaint is really tiny washroom & toilet.
