One star is still too much, just DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. As we know thats one of higher budget option on this island. 5 star, “private beach”, amazing location so what can go wrong? Rooms- old fashioned, AC working badly, food- in general terrible, i ate here the worst cheeseburger in past 3 years. Small choice at breakfasts also food taste not the best. To go the “centre” you have to pay around 50$, you go there by boat, which is dying. Compared to boats from other hotels this one has no pillows inside, just wooden finish. Captains are just some locals who does not care about big waves and any safety they just want to go there as fast as it’s possible. Bedsheets were all in bugs etc. Stuff in general was not that helpful, friendly it’s hard to hear from them thank you/ you welcome etc. If you sleep in general in 5 stars hotel you know what i excepted also about this one. Beach is TOTALLY untidy. Bathroom was unpractical, while shaving i have to move every 5 seconds to see myself in the mirror because it is not placed above sink. All in all i totally do not recommend staying in this hotel, that’s just a waste of money. I would say if you want to be treated like you are in 3 star hotel and feel like in while paying high for 5 one, just book it! Moreover, in this text i am not rating an island which is beautiful, really worth to see but just a hotel. I’m wonder why this place has so many good opinions, crazy to me.

Zeavola Resort was a much-needed getaway! The long beach is gorgeous, the water is super clear, and the whole place is covered by trees and greenery. Our natural wood villa was spacious with a cozy outdoor living area.
The staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home. The chef even came out to change a Thai dish because of my peanut allergy. The meals were just delightful.
They also have a great diving center where I was able to get snorkeling gear and a kayak. The diving team was so nice and later encouraged me to go diving, so I did. In just over a week, I was able to get my open-water diving certificate, a long-time dream of mine.
Overall, it's the perfect spot for taking it easy, enjoying nature, and get out into the water. If you want to get away from the larger resorts or the busy tourist center of Phi Phi Island, this is highly recommended!
Even before you arrive, the ENTIRE staff at Zeavola go above and beyond to make your experience incredible. Before even arriving, I contacted them about booking a private boat to the resort since my flight would be arriving after any potential shuttle could bring us to the resort. I also decided to upgrade my room to a Pool Villa Suite. The entire process was quick and easy via email, even with an 11 hour time difference. The day before, our flight was delayed and we were forced to take a different connecting flight the next morning. We arrived about 3 hours later than expected but the driver was still patiently waiting for us at the airport.||Upon arrival, we were greeted in style. We did part of the check in at the marina so check-in took less than 5 minutes. We were walked to our room with a very friendly young lady. She showed us everything throughout the room. The view was outstanding! Nothing like being virtually in the trees and looking out to paradise! Room was extremely clean. Daily cleaning and turn down service by the friendliest people you will ever meet. They are doing some work on trimming the trees to make the views even more spectacular! ||Now for the best part!||The staff. Every day from the time we woke up until the time we went to bed. They were all super friendly, accommodating, humerus, loved working with each other and always went above and beyond to make our stay, out of this world!||Nico, Golf, waitresses, waiters, bartenders, maintenance, GM and everyone else who we had experience with were always super friendly and made our stay the best ever. It was so good that it brought some tears when leaving.||The food was out of this world. Super flavorful, always seasoned well and cooked to perfection. They can taylor the food exactly to your liking.||Do yourself a favor and experience the absolute best!
Even looking at the photos of Zeavola Resort makes me want to be back there. It was simply wonderful. My husband and I went to Zeavola as part of our honeymoon and, in amongst the fabulous places we stayed, in was by far the best. The villa was luxurious. The staff were incredibly smiley, friendly and helpful. The food was fantastic. All in all, it was an absolute delight to be there. My only upset was that we tried to extend our holiday and Zeavola was completely booked out. However, we'll definitely be back!

A true paradise in our world: the rooms, the location and all the facilities are amazing. More Importantly, all the staff is fully dedicated to customer satisfaction. The Chef Satya is creating an extraordinary cuisine, very healthy and tasty. The only drawback is the noise at the beach created by all boats and farm trucks.
Superb service even before we arrived.|Staff were so friendly and helpful throughout, even when emailing to change transfer time before we had arrived through to booking trips and food service. Golf and his team in the restaurant made all meals a lovely experience. The standard of food was incredible and there was a lovely relaxed atmosphere.|The personalised 6 hour boat trip couldn’t have been easier to book and we were able to go where we wanted to go.|The mosquitos are the only downside to this resort. The rest was absolute luxury.
I was already 3 times in this beautiful hotel! Very nice and quiet beach, excellent food and staff, so I am counting the days for my next trip next year.||I would also like to give a big compliment to the kitchen, which always cooked to my every wish, no matter how special. The Laab Octopus and the daily Pad Kaneng were incredible good;-)
Special shout out to Ironchef Thailand-winning Chef Satya, who cooked the most amazing and beautifully presented dishes for us. And as a special surprise, after I mentioned that Khao Soi with Chicken is one of my favorite dishes, he cooked it especially for us, although it was not on the menu. So much appreciated! He is super interesting to talk to as for him food and cooking is art and he brings even simple dishes onto a complete new level. ||||We also would like to mention the wonderful and very attentive staff of Zeavola, especially also Yuy and Rada who looked after us perfectly at the beach restaurant and main restaurant. ||||Thank you!!

Our second time staying here and I absolutely LOVE it. We stayed in the large private villas and just adore our time there - we feel at home.
By far the best resort I have ever been to anywhere in the world and will continue to visit as often I can.
Staff are exceptional - caring, attentive and nothing, I mean NOTHING is too much trouble.
Rooms are immaculate and incredibly clean and well appointed, filled with character and style and the beds are so comfy!
The daily fruit platters and small gifts are a wonderful touch.
Now to the food. Oh my goodness, the food! Chef Satya and his team create the most amazing delicacies. Not only are all ingredients top notch quality, they are also sourced locally where possible with sustainability and support of local businesses front of mind. The meals are a triumph and must be eaten to be believed!!!
A feast for the belly and the eyes.
I can't fault Zeavola and can't wait to go back again and again.
Here's a short review in English based on your notes:---This hotel is beautiful and tranquil, set in a tropical environment with many open-air areas. You need to go outside to reach the reception, restaurant, or bathroom from your room. They have done a fantastic job of combining luxury with a natural, jungle-like setting—something I've never seen before. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really good. If you're looking for a more exotic nature experience, this place is ideal. However, if you prefer a more standard/business stay, it might not be the best option.
